La présente loi met en exécution la loi fédérale du 4 octobre sur le droit foncier rural. Par exemple, l’article 5 – appliquant l’article 90 de la loi susvisée – discipline la Commission foncière rurale qui est l'autorité compétente en matière d'autorisation.

This Law establishes that land plot ownership right shall be attested by privatization documents in case of absence of such in accordance with cadastre plan elaborated by state land survey service. Privatization documents and cadastre plan shall be the grounds for registration of ownership right to the plot of land.

This Land Law aims to overhaul the distribution and management of land in Cambodia as well as protect property rights. This basic land legislation consists of 8 Titles; Private and public ownership (I); Acquisition of ownership (II); The regime of private ownership (III); Forms of ownership (IV); Immovable property used as surety (V); Cadastre (VI); Penalty provisions (VII) and Final provisions (VIII).The Law refers to recognition of rights to land of persons who have had peaceful, uncontested possession of the land for a certain period of time.

This Ordinance provides for the constitution of the Lands Court, defines its jurisdiction, functions and duties and provides with respect to the Land Register and other matters such as offences and regulation-making powers of the Governor.The Lands Court shall, among other things: exercise supervisory jurisdiction over all lands on Pitcairn Island; cause land to be demarcated and a Register of Lands to be kept; determine on applications for land allocation in accordance with this Ordinance and the Land Tenure Reform Ordinance; and hear disputes relative to ownership of land on Pitcairn Isla

This Law establishes that agricultural land shall be exclusive property of the state and of citizens permanently living in rural areas for at least two years. Allotment in ownership and transfer of agricultural land shall be prohibited to: (a) foreign natural and legal persons, and foreign states; (b) stateless persons living on the territory of Kyrgyzstan; (c) legal persons of Kyrgyzstan and joint-ventures; and (d) married couples if one conjoint is foreigner or stateless person.

Les immeubles et droits réels immobiliers appartenant aux personnes physiques ou morales de nationalité congolaise ou étrangère sont soumis aux dispositions de la présente loi. L’immatriculation d’un immeuble consiste à établir un titre foncier et à l’inscrire dans le registre de la propriété foncière. Elle a pour objet de placer l’immeuble qui y a été soumis sous le régime de la propriété foncière sans qu’il puisse en être ultérieurement soustrait et est obligatoire.
