Il est créé une agence nationale dont le mandat officiel est de réaliser les opérations techniques devant conduire à l'établissement d'un cadastre pour l'ensemble du territoire national ainsi que de mettre sur pied et de réviser périodiquement un cadastre foncier national. L'agence peut être chargée de procéder à un inventaire systématique de tous les biens immobiliers faisant partie du domaine national. L'agence est dotée de la personnalité civile. Elle est administrée par un conseil d'administration et gérée par un directeur.

Cet arrêté fixe les modalités d'exécution des orthographies nécessaires pour la constitution des fonds de plans pour l'établissement du cadastre des zones rurales.

La presente Resolución, considerando que se han ampliado las funciones del PETT, deja sin efecto la Resolución Nº 689-99-AG y, consecuentemente, la Guía de servicios del Proyecto Especial Titulación de Tierras y Catastro Rural (PETT).

Article 1 authorizes to make the following amendments to the Federal Law on state registration of immovable property and its transactions: (1) Item 3 of article 7 is supplemented with the following paragraph: "President of State Auditors’ Department, his deputies and auditors of State Auditors’ Department for the purpose of ensuring the functioning of State Auditors’ Department". (2) Item 2 of article 8 is supplemented with the following paragraph: "President of State Auditors’ Department, his deputies and auditors of State Auditors’ Department".

The present Decision implements the Ordinance on assessment of land of 26 February 2007. Article 1 of the afore-mentioned Decision lists types of land and structures not to be valuated. The Parties have agreed to apply boundary survey in the middle of the main channel or in the middle of the main branch of the boundary rivers. The exact position of the main channel or of the main branch of the boundary rivers shall be established in the process of border demarcation and shall be mapped. Appurtenance of the islands shall be established in accordance with the position of the main channel or the main branch of border river. The Parties shall also demarcate air space and subsoil.

The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following fields: (a) topographic, geodetic and cartographic activity; (b) publishing of maps; (c) aerial survey of the territory and exchange of distant zoning data; (d) exchange of geodetic and geographic information; and (e) exchange and training of staff and experts.

The provisions of this Directive are governed by the Minister of Food Agriculture and Livestock. This Directive sets forth the duties, powers and responsibilities of each central unit of the Ministry of Food Agriculture and Livestock and provides for the division of their duties, powers and responsibilities to avoid conflict of powers and overlap of duties.

The present Tariff is enacted under the Canada Land Survey Act. In particular, the text lists the tariff of fees to be charged by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources for copies of maps, plans, field notes, or any other type of record or document arising from or respecting surveys under the Canada Lands Surveys Act.
