The present Order enacts the Surveys Act. In particular, the Order lays down provisions relating to cadastral mapping fees which must be paid at the time a plan of survey or descriptive plan is submitted for registration at the Land Titles Office.
Investment projects for the construction of infrastructures both in the urban and rural areas (such as irrigation works, water supply, drainage etc. etc.) shall be allowed the use of land funds or allocated auctioned lands.
