This Order makes, in respect of the Land Registration Fee Order 2012 changes to land registration fees, which specified fees for purposes of the Land Registration Act 2002 and the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. The changes concern the amount of the fee payable.

These Regulations amend the Lands and Deeds Registry Regulations in the First Schedule with respect to fees for categories of deeds such as assignments, transfers or similar documents, and mortgages, debentures, (agricultural or further) charges, guarantees, covenants, floating charges and similar documents.

This Regulation, consisting of 6 Chapters, establishes competencies, duties and responsibilities of delegation of authority to issue land titles and land registration. It governs the authority responsible for granting land title and land registration. The Heads of the National Land Agency shall be the authority responsible for regulating the right of use of land, such as: rights for freehold titles, for exploiting land, rights for cultivation titles, right for building, etc.

La presente Resolución adopta la Guía Metodológica para la Formalización Masiva de la Propiedad Rural por Barrido Predial, como la principal herramienta orientadora y de consulta para los agentes que participan directa o indirectamente en la ejecución de las etapas de los proyectos de formalización masiva en las Zonas de Formalización Masiva declaradas por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.

La presente Resolución modifica la que crea el Programa de Formalización de la Propiedad Rural, que tiene como objeto de promover el acceso a la propiedad de los predios rurales, en relación a los informes técnico-jurídicos requeridos y a las funciones de la Unidad Coordinadora del Programa.

This Order, for purposes of the Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012, make provision for continuation of an Automated Registration of Title to Land (ARTL) system. The Regulations, among other things: specify the kinds of deeds which are authorised for use in the system and the persons authorised (i.e. licensed) to use the system; provides for the suspension or revocation of an authorisation and for appeals against the Keeper’s decision to refuse, suspend or revoke an authorisation; amends the Land Register Rules etc.

These Regulations prescribe a form of certificate of title (set out in the Schedule), which shall be used for the continued execution of land transactions.

This Order applies to land survey notifications in accordance to Farms Act, by establishing rules on whether proof presented to the Cadastre Authority with regard to land registration may be processed without authorization; on certification of land reclamation by acquisition of agricultural property; and on the establishment of an overview map. Cadastral changes may be implemented without a licence by statements from licensed surveyors.
