The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Land Titles Act. The Regulations apply to transactions and any other matters regulated by the Act and these regulations that have effect or that may have effect in an area of Saskatchewan that the Lieutenant Governor in Council has designated pursuant to section 191 of the Act as an area to which the Act applies.

The present Regulations enact the Canada Petroleum Resources Act. In particular, the Act lays down provisions relating to the administration and registration of interests and instruments in relation to frontier lands and fees to be paid. The text - consisting of 21 sections - deals with the following matters: prescribed royalty, payment of prescribed royalty, certification of an abandonment and restoration, royal trust, certification of qualified frontier exploration expenses, reports and returns, interest, penalties and refunds. Two Schedules are enclosed.

The present Regulations enact subsection 25(3) of the First Nations Land Management Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the establishment of a Land Registry for first nations. Section 2 establishes that the Register shall be maintained in an office located in the National Capital Region to be known as the First Nations Land Registry.

These Regulations amend the Land Administration Fees Regulations 1997 in regulation 3A. That regulation prescribes transactions for the purposes of paragraph 6(f) of the Act. Paragraph 6(f) exempts prescribed transactions from the payment of fees.

The present Ordinance lays down detailed provisions with the purpose of implementing the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 24 October 2010. In particular, the Ordinance applies to spatial base data of cantonal law.

The execution of cadastral work and inspection shall be performed by a surveyor covered by insurance policy for liabilities in omissions committed by the surveyor or by the surveyor's staff. The insurance entity must be registered in an EU country and must be in addition to other existing insurances on losses due to the performance of cadastral survey.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the operating of the Land Register. In particular, article 1 of the afore-mentioned Ordinance establishes that the Canton Aargau shall operate the Land Register and its other related registers by means of computer science. The text consists of 10 articles.

The present Ordinance provides for the enactment of article 6 of the Soil Valuation Act (BGBl. I p. 3150, 3176). In particular, the areas listed in the Annex constitute the parameters for soil valuation being thus considered the basis for the assessment of land value in the Federal Republic of Germany. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex.
