The present Ordinance implements the Spatial Information Act of 15 December 2010.The Ordinance regulates the levying of fees for use of spatial information of the “Geo-Data Infrastructure Liechtenstein”. The present Ordinance enforces the Cantonal Spatial Information Ordinance of 26 June 2010 and the Federal Official Survey Ordinance of 18 November 1992. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to official land survey in the Canton Schwyz.

This Notice of the Minister, made under the section 6 of Registered Land Act appoints the Commissioner for Lands to be Chief Land Registrar for the purposes of that Act.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees relating to land registration. The text consists of 23 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Tariffs (II); Final and transitional provisions (III).

Item 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “2. Subsidies shall be allocated for cadastre work in the process of legalization of ownership of peasant farms to the plots of agricultural land.”
