La presente Resolución crea la Comisión Técnica Nacional de Agua y Suelos a cargo del Ministerio de Agricultura, cuyos objetivos son evaluar, elaborar y proponer los lineamientos y acciones que permitan el manejo y conservación de los recursos hídricos y recursos naturales vinculados. La Comisión cesara en sus funciones el 28 de julio de 2001, debiendo hacer entrega de un informe final de actividades al Ministerio de Agricultura.

Arrêté du Gouvernement flamand portant exécution de l'article 9 du décret du 23 janvier 1991 relatif à la protection de l'environnement contre la pollution due aux engrais. L'article 2 établit que les excédents d'engrais des entreprises qui doivent être traités ou exportés en vertu de l'article 9 du décret, ne peuvent être épandus sur des terres arables.

According to provisions of this Decree users of arable land shall be responsible to prepare a plan for the use of fertilizing substances for the upcoming planting season in each year or a plan for a longer term in the case of use of animal manure or extensive cultivation. Such plan shall contain various indications on the required use of fertilizers. The scope of this planning is to secure an effective and rational use of fertilizing substances also for reasons of environment protection.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto la reglamentación de los artículos 2º, 3º, 4º, 5º y 12 de la Ley de conservación y protección de los suelos. En particular, el Decreto establece la definición de suelo rural a efectos de la aplicación de la Ley, indica las funciones de las autoridades de aplicación y fija principios en tema de sanciones por incumplimiento de la Ley.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Soil Protection Act of 17 March 1998 (BGBl. I p. 502) and the Federal Soil Conservation Ordinance 12 July 1999 (BGBl. I p. 1554).In particular, the Ordinance designate the competent authorities in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern responsible for the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned legislation. This Decree defines the functions and powers of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and specifies the institutions that are included in the administrative framework of the Ministry.

The present Decision provides for the approval of the Land Use Planning and for the development of industrial, touristic, infrastructural and housing projects in order to rehabilitate, recuperate and develop unused, public, agricultural and urban lands.

This Order modifies the approving the Implementing Regulation on the Measures for Agro-environment of Rural Development Plan (RURIS). In particular, it amends article 4 of the Order and articles 3, 9, 10, 12-18, 20- 22, 24, 28, 29, 31, 32, 34, 35-38, 42, 51, 59, 61-63, 65, 68, 71, 77, 79, 83, 85,87-92, 94 and Annexes IV, VII, VIII, IX of the Regulation.

Amends: Order No. 1212/2003 approving the Implementing Regulation on the Measures for Agro-environment of Rural Development Plan (RURIS). (2003-10-16)

This Order, composed of 3 articles and one Annex, approves the Regulation for the environmental measures to be applied within the Rural Development Plan - RURIS. The Regulation, contained in the Annex, consists of 8 chapters and 10 Annexes. It establishes the financial assistance regime with the aim of promoting agricultural land exploitation according to the protection and improvement of the environmental sector. The Regulation also aims at preserving nature from pollution and promoting the use of environmental planning for agricultural exploitations.

The present Decision provides for the approval of the Action Plan on the conservation and sustainable development of submerged areas in the 2004-2010 period, aiming at the protection, rehabilitation and social community awareness relating to the wetlands and its possible environmental, economic, social and biodiversity potential.

These Regulations, consisting of 72 sections divided into five Parts, implement the Cullen Bay Marina Act by providing specifications on the operation of the management corporation and committee (Part 2), the duties of owners and occupiers of lots (Part 3) and on insurance (Part 4) and subdivision and consolidation of lots.

This Resolution, composed of 3 articles and one Annex, authorizes the concession of public land located in maritime areas for the construction of ports and related infrastructure devoted to navigation. The concession shall last up to 60 years.
