Om hier een beeld van te vormen is informatie over klimaatverandering en (land)gebruik samengebracht voor de Grote Polder en Polder Groenendijk. Kunnen we een eerste beeld vormen van wat klimaatverandering betekent voor het bedrijfsleven op het bedrijvenpark, voor de Heineken-brouwerij, voor de gemeente Zoeterwoude, voor het Hoogheemraadschap van Rijnland, voor de boeren, voor de natuur, en voor de mensen die er wonen en recreëren?

The cultivation of legumes is low in Europe. Public policy incentives and/or regulations have a role to play in changing this. This chapter examines six such policies. The CAPRI (Common Agricultural Policy Regional Impact) model, a partial equilibrium model for the agricultural sector, is used to simulate the effects of these policies and compare them to what would happen if no policy action were taken. Five of these policy scenarios are aimed at grain legumes (pulses and soybean), and one at forage legumes (in particular, clover).

Tularaemia, a disease caused by the bacterium Francisella tularensis, is a re-emerging zoonosis in the Netherlands. After sporadic human and hare cases occurred in the period 2011 to 2014, a cluster of F. tularensis-infected hares was recognised in a region in the north of the Netherlands from February to May 2015. No human cases were identified, including after active case finding. Presence of F. tularensis was investigated in potential reservoirs and transmission routes, including common voles, arthropod vectors and surface waters. F.

In landscape architecture, visual representations are the primary means of communication between stakeholders in design processes. Despite the reliance on visual representations, little critical research has been undertaken by landscape architects on how visual communication forms work or their socio-political implications. In this theoretical paper, we argue that such research is of great importance.

How land is used affects a wide range of outcomes – from day-to-day quality of life, such as the length of commutes, to the environmental sustainability of urban and rural communities, including the possibility for climate change adaptation and mitigation. Moreover, the economic importance of land is immense. Land and the buildings on it are approximately seven times as valuable as all other assets taken together and land-use policies play a crucial role in determining land and property prices. Beyond economic value, land also has important sentimental value.

A review of needs at various scales for tools and processes that can help countries and stakeholders meet emerging challenges, address increasing degradation of and competition for resources, support the sustainable use and restoration of land and water resources, and ensure resilient ecosystems.

El presente Decreto establece que la creación de la Unidad Administrativa de Planificación y Ordenamiento Territorial es de carácter obligatorio en cada Municipio. Hasta tanto los Municipios no cumplan con lo señalado, el Ministerio de Vivienda y Ordenamiento Territorial, como autoridad urbanística nacional, seguirá aplicando las leyes, decretos, acuerdos, regulaciones, reglamentaciones y normas vigentes que rigen sobre la materia urbanística en el territorio nacional o municipal.

These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Permission in Principle) Order 2017 to allow local planning authorities to grant permission in principle for development the main purpose of which is housing development on an application to the authority in accordance with provisions inserted into that Order by this instrument. They also concern (exemption from) environmental impact assessment procedures. The Regulations also make minor amendments to the Statutory Instruments listed in Schedule 2.

This Regulation, consisting of 21 sections divided into six Parts and completed by five Schedules, establishes the requirements contracts for sale of land within the New South Wales territory.
