These Regulations amend the principal Regulations, which provide for payments of aid to be made to any person who enters into an undertaking with the Scottish Ministers to comply with the general environmental requirements set out in Schedule 1 and to carry out, or as the case may be, to carry out and maintain, at least one of either the management activities set out in Schedule 2 or the capital activities set out in Schedule 3 to the principal Regulations. Schedule 4 to the principal Regulations makes provision for rates of payment for management and capital activities.

The present Regulation is made under the Special Areas Act. For the purpose of the present Regulation “public land” means land belonging to the Crown in right of Alberta and under the administration of the Minister. Section 4 establishes that the Minister may refuse to issue or renew a disposition if the applicant or holder has a debt owing to the Crown or the Board arising out of the operation of the Act or this Regulation.

El presente Decreto reglamenta la Ley que adopta medidas para la prevención del desplazamiento forzado y la atención, protección, consolidación y estabilización socioeconómica de los desplazados internos por la violencia, en relación a la declaratoria de la inminencia de riesgo de desplazamiento o de desplazamiento forzado en una zona y limitaciones a la enajenación o transferencia a cualquier título de bienes rurales.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the reporting of projects which could be harmful to the environment. Article 1 lists projects due to be notified to the competent authority: first construction of greenhouses on agricultural land; transformation of green land, and green land in flood area; plantation of Christmas trees; drainage of land; plants for aquaculture and construction of pipelines being more than 1000 m length. The Annex of the present Ordinance lays down comprehensive provisions relating to land use planning in the area Berlin-Brandenburg. The first Part of the Annex concerns the compliance of the present Plan with federal provisions. Furthermore, it also deals with charcoal areas and their redevelopment. Part II concerns the economic, social and ecological aspects of the 250 km long border between Germany and Poland. Part III regards the general area development plan for Berlin and Brandenburg with a view to housing schemes, traffic development, recreation areas and flooding prevention.

This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the agrarian reform, the rural property "Fazenda Santa Fé" in the Municipality of Uberlândia, “Minas Gerais” State. The Decree establishes the competence of the National Institute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.
