This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of coordination with Federal Supervision Service over the Application of Legislation on Cultural Heritage of the general land use planning projects of settlements and city districts, projects of planning documentation elaborated for traditional (historic) settlements and land use planning regulations applicable to the objects of cultural heritage. Land use planning projects shall be subject to compulsory coordination with the aforesaid Federal Supervision Service before validation thereof by the local executive body.

This Law regulates the totality of relations in the sphere of land use planning and land survey practices. The Act consists of 5 Sections divided into 37 articles: (1) general provisions; (2) management of land use planning activity; (3) types of land use planning and land survey activities; (4) land use planning documentation; and (5) conclusive provisions.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of the Thai Binh province. This plan shall be closely combined with the rational exploitation and protection of natural resources and ecological environment.The plan, among other things, shall: adopt policies on the management and rational use of natural resources, especially land, water sources, minerals, submerged forests; prevent and effectively handle acts causing environmental pollution; and invest in the collection, recycling and treatment of waste.

This Order specifies elaboration of land reclamation projects related to soil cover disturbed by mining, exploration, construction and other works. Elaboration of land reclamation projects shall be subject to licensing. The following factors shall be taken into consideration in the process of elaboration of land reclamation projects: (a) natural conditions; (b) prospects of land use planning; (c) actual or foreseeable state of disturbed land; (d) agrochemical or agrophysical properties of soil; and (e) environmental protection requirements.

El presente Acuerdo define y adopta el esquema para la Estrategia de Articulación Nación-Territorio, con el objeto de generar los mecanismos que identifiquen y reconozcan las competencias y capacidades de las entidades en los distintos niveles, y fortalezcan las instituciones para la apropiación de la política pública de prevención y atención integral de la población desplazada en el ámbito territorial.

The present Ordinance applies to buildings and building products. Furthermore, the Ordinance also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Ordinance.

These Regulations concern applications to determine the conditions to which mineral planning permissions are subject. They apply the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 1999, with modifications, to such applications and set out the procedures that apply in relation to the presentation, including submittal of an environmental impact statement, or handling of such applications.

Le présent décret fixe l'organisation et le régime financier des agences pour la mise en valeur des espaces urbains de la zone dite des cinquante pas géométriques, créées dans chacun des départements de la Guadeloupe et de la Martinique par l'article 4 de la loi du 30 décembre 1996, et qui sont des établissements publics d'Etat à caractère industriel et commercial placés sous la tutelle des ministres chargés de l'urbanisme et de l'outre-mer, exerçant les missions définies à l'article L. 89-8 du Code du domaine de l'Etat et aux articles 4 et 5 de la loi du 30 décembre 1996 précitée.

El presente Decreto crea el Consejo Nacional de Urbanismo (CONAUR), como organismo responsable de dictar y coordinar la ejecución de las estrategias y las políticas de desarrollo urbano a nivel nacional.

The Code regulates the land relations on the territory of Armenia and intends to provide effective land use and maintenance, environmental protection and improvement, creation of conditions for equal development of all economic forms based on a variety of property, preservation of rights of citizens, enterprises and organizations, and at legal reinforcement of the rule of law in the sphere of land relations (Preamble). The Code sets out the redistribution of the land stocks by allotting land as property, for permanent use and for temporary use (art.5-7).
