These Regulations amend provisions of the Foreshore Act, inserted by subsequent legislation, insofar as they relate to applications under that Act and its amendments for consents which require an Environmental Impact Statement.

This Regional Law regulates some issues in the sphere of organization, conservation and management of protected areas with a view of conservation of unique and typical ecosystems, wild fauna and wild flora species, genetic fund thereof, and ecological education. Regional Government shall reserve land intended for institution of protected areas, also through expropriation and imposition of use restrictions for economic activities. Grounds for land reservation shall be land-use planning project envisaging institution of protected areas. Land reservation period shall not exceed 7 years.
This Act contains rules regarding the consolidation of agricultural land and redistribution of agricultural land for purposes of agricultural development and improvement of land use planning.
This Decree, composed of 6 articles and one Annex, approves the structure and functions of the National Institute for Colonization and Agrarian Reform (INCRA). This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Nam Dinh province.The plan aims at developing Nam Dinh into a province with a high economic development ensuring economic growth, hunger eradication, and the rational exploitation and utilization of natural resources.The plan shall include: the development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; development of plant varieties; animal husbandry development; development of aquatic and marine resources; urban development; development of water supply infrastructures and wastewater drainage systems.
These Regulations amend the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 1992 by correcting two errors in Schedule 1 substituted in the principal Regulations by the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2009 to give effect to certain provisions to Directive 96/82/EC on the control of major accident hazards involving dangerous substances. They also concern immunity from prosecution and contravention proceedings.

This Act makes provision for the validation of development in the Negril and Green Island Area provisionally authorized by the Negril and Green Island Area Local Planning Authority in accordance with sections 5, 7 and 10 of the Town and Country Planning Act and pursuant to the Town and Country Planning (Negril and Green Island Area) Provisional Development Order, 1981. The Act also makes a consequential amendment to General Notice No. 215 of 2005.
