Por la presente Ley se establece el marco regulatorio para la instalación de parques y áreas industriales en la Provincia de Salta. Uno de los objetivos primordiales es propender a una radicación ordenada de los establecimientos industriales, en armonía con el medio ambiente y con los núcleos urbanos.

These Regulations implement in relation to planning in Northern Ireland, Article 12 of Directive 96/82/EC on the control of major accident hazards involving dangerous substances. They amend the Planning (Development Plans) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1991 to add to the matters that the Department shall have regard when formulating its development plan policies and the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 by substituting a new Schedule 3 prescribing the substances which are hazardous substances and their controlled quantities.

This Regulation implements provisions of the Oromia Regional Rural Land Administration and Use Proclamation with respect to the rights and obligations of rural land administration and use in transparent and responsible manner.
Law 10169 of 2009 amends and supplements articles 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 27 and 32 of the law No.9482 of 2006. The amendments mostly concern the payment procedures of the non- permitted constructions.
The Act consists of 83 sections divided into 10 Parts: Preliminary (I); Administration (II); Development plans (III); Control of development of land (IV); Enforcement (V); Environmental protection (VI); Building regulations (VII); Compensation and acquisition (VIII); Appeals (IX); Miscellaneous and supplementary (X).Section 3 defines duties of the Minister and particular holds the Minister responsible for securing the objects and purposes set out in section 3. A Development Control Authority is established as a body corporate under section 5.
"Development" is described in subsection 30.2 as the carrying out of building, engineering, mining or other operations for construction, demolition or alterations in, on, over, or under any land or the making of any material change of use of land or building excluding, inter alia, the use for agriculture, animal husbandry and forestry, except where such use consists in the erection of buildings or amounts to intensive raising of crops or animals.Section 3 provides for the establishment of a Planning Authority as a body corporate.
