This Act contains special provisions regarding the rights of neighbouring real estate proprietors. Real servitude and the right of use are provided for as well. For all the issues related to the use of real estates and not covered by this Act, the provisions of the Civil Code shall be applied.

This Law establishes State land bank that shall be authorized to carry out to carry out financial transactions with land plots and operations related to land ownership. The Cabinet of Ministers shall be authorized to form registered equity by means of financial contribution and public land plots.

This Law establishes legal, organizational and financial principles of regulation of social relations dealing with expropriation of land plots in private ownership for public needs. Expropriation shall be performed through buy-out and payment of compensation to the owners of expropriated land plots. Expropriation and buy-out shall be performed in accordance with the acting legislation. Buy-out price shall include inconvenience and losses of the owner of the plot of land subject to expropriation and land price shall be fixed by the local self-government.

This Act makes provision for the recovery of land and other immovable property when the term or interest of the tenant of premises held by him or her from a local authority at will or for a term not exceeding three years, either with or without being liable to the payment of rent, has expired or has been legally determined by a notice to quit or otherwise. The local authority may in such circumstance make a complaint in writing on oath before a magistrate.

This Act lays down rules regarding the acquisition of property rights of agricultural and forestry lands, the institution of usufruct right on such lands, the use of land, the control on restrictions relative to the acquisition of land, and rules regarding local land commissions. This Act applies to all land in the national territory.

This Act provides for the establishment of an Agricultural Development Authority as a body corporate for the area described in Schedule 1. The principal tasks of the Authority are in the field of land regulation, land irrigation and drainage. Article 123 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plots of land pertaining to public or municipal ownership shall be transferred for tenancy by the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, state executive bodies or local government. The aforesaid decisions shall be made in the following cases: (a) transfer of plot of land with modification of the purposeful use thereof; and (b) land consolidation”.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to assessment of property in the province of British Columbia. Section 18 establishes that all land and improvements in British Columbia are liable to assessment under the present Act unless exempted under this or another enactment. In particular, Part 3 deals, inter alia, with special valuation rules for dams, power plants and substations, valuation rules for designated port land, as well as with classification of land as a farm and classification and valuation of forest land.

This Decree concerns adjudication and registration of rights and interest in land. It sets out the procedure of the receipt of claims for adjudication and adjudication of land. It also provides for the appointment of adjudication officers, the safeguarding of rights of absent persons and minors, and for procedures in case of objection to adjudication record.
