La presente Resolución adopta la Guía Metodológica para la Formalización Masiva de la Propiedad Rural por Barrido Predial, como la principal herramienta orientadora y de consulta para los agentes que participan directa o indirectamente en la ejecución de las etapas de los proyectos de formalización masiva en las Zonas de Formalización Masiva declaradas por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.

La presente Resolución modifica la que crea el Programa de Formalización de la Propiedad Rural, que tiene como objeto de promover el acceso a la propiedad de los predios rurales, en relación a los informes técnico-jurídicos requeridos y a las funciones de la Unidad Coordinadora del Programa.

The objectives of these Regulations are: to prescribe standard rules for public auctions for the sale of land; to prescribe written information statements that must be made available for public auctions for the sale of land, and to prescribe how that information is to be made available; and to prescribe the obligations of auctioneers at public auctions for the sale of land. These Regulations are made under section 48 of the Sale of Land Act 1962.

These Regulations prescribe a form of certificate of title (set out in the Schedule), which shall be used for the continued execution of land transactions.

These Regulations, made under section 56(1) of the Sectional Titles Act, 2009 by the Minister of Lands and Resettlement on the recommendation of the Sectional Titles Regulation Board, implement provisions of the Act on, among other things, sectional plans, certificate of registered sectional title, registration of sectional plan, dealings regarding common property and endorsement or entries on registered deeds or other documents or in registers.

This Decree lays down detailed rules regarding the subject and content of real estate registration. It specifies one by one rights and facts that must or may be registered on property records. It also specifies the categories of real estates, such as crop field, grass land, vineyard, orchard, forest, fish pond, uncultivated land, and various kind of buildings. Real estate registration process, changing of recorded data, and the necessary documents for the registration are also described in this Decree.

The present Regulation is made under the Assessment Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to prescribed classes of property. All properties in British Columbia are classified based on land use and the requirements are outlined in the present Regulations. There are nine separate property classifications.

This Decree provides for the content of the land use register which is a computerized data base. It consists of a land use sheet and a collection of documents. Part I of the land use sheet contains data regarding the land user, Part II contains information by plots. Articles 6-16/A lays down the rules of registration, while Articles 17-19/B provides for supplying of data from the register.
