The present Regulation is made under the Act respecting agricultural lands in the domain of the state. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the regularization of certain kinds of occupation of lands in the domain of the State. Section 3 establishes that the Minister may sell land to an occupant applying in writing and showing that the occupation of that land by him and his predecessors in title has been continuous, uninterrupted, peaceful, public, unequivocal and as owner.

This Decree establishes that the competent territorial and local authority for land management is the countrywide network system of land offices (county and ditrict offices)and the central authority is the Land Survey and Remote Sensing Institute (FÖMI).

The present Regulations are made under section 6 of the Northwest Territories Lands Act. Section 4 establishes that an application to lease or purchase territorial lands must be made to a land agent and must be accompanied by the application fee set out in the Schedule. The text - consisting of 18 sections deals with the following aspects: sale of territorial lands, leasing of territorial lands, grazing leases, fees.

Item 5.4² shall be amended to add the following wording: “In the name of the Russian Federation shall apply for state registration of property right of the Russian Federation to land plots required for marine harbour and fluvial port facilities and infrastructure of inland waterways of the Russian Federation, and also of other ownership rights to such sites that is recognized (is originated) in accordance with the federal laws”.

Amends: Ministerial Decree No. 371 validating the Regulation on the Federal Agency of Marine and Fluvial Transport. (2004-07-23)

Item 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In the process of distribution of subsidies shall be also taken into consideration the amount of budgetary allocation envisaged by regional budget (local budget) confirmed by extract from regional budget (local budget) and the level of co-financing of expenditure obligation at the expense of subsidies determined in accordance with the item 8 of this Regulation”.

La presente Resolución expide el Instructivo para tramitar las denuncias de invasión, con el objeto de proporcionar a los funcionarios de la Subsecretaría de Tierras y Reforma Agraria (STRA), que intervienen en las denuncias de invasión o toma de tierras, una herramienta de cumplimiento de la Ley de Desarrollo Agrario, utilizando instrumentos técnicos que permitan unificar los criterios y procedimiento interno.

La presente Resolución expide el Instructivo para sustanciar el proceso de expropiación en primera instancia, con el objeto de proporcionar a los funcionarios de la Subsecretaría de Tierras y Reforma Agraria (STRA), que intervienen en el proceso de expropiación, una herramienta de cumplimiento de la Ley de Desarrollo Agrario, utilizando instrumentos técnicos que permitan unificar los criterios y procedimientos internos.

Con la presente Resolución la Unidad de Restitución de Tierras afianza los derechos a la tierra y a la restitución de las poblaciones con mayor vulnerabilidad por medio de la implementación del enfoque diferencial del Programa de Acceso Especial para Mujeres, Niñas y Adolescentes en el marco del procedimiento administrativo de Restitución de Tierras Despojadas.

These Regulations determine fees for applications for sanction for the purchase of immovable property under the provisions of section 3(1)(a) of the Immovable Property (Transfer Restriction) Act and applications for sanction to lease any immovable property or any rights therein under the provisions of section 3(1)(b) of the Act. The Chief Development Officer may set such fees if not satisfied by the result of calculation of the fees as prescribed by these Regulations (based on a determined value).

This Order establishes that protection area shall be established with a view of protection of unique nature complexes and ecosystems of the protected area against unfavourable anthropogenic impact, conservation of old-age forests and biological diversity. Forest plots within the boundaries of protection area shall not be expropriated from landowners, land tenants, and servitude holders.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the rules for state registration of rights and encumbrances to immovable property and transactions therewith. The following rights and encumbrances shall be subject to mandatory state registration: (a) ownership; (b) tenancy; (c) mortgage and encumbrances originating therefrom; (d) lease and sub-lease for the period of three years and over; (e) servitude; (f) use restrictions; (g) court decisions; (h) nature management activities listed by the Government; and (i) open-ended land tenure.

The present Regulation is made under the Private Managed Forest Land Act. The Regulation provides for the establishment of water quality objectives , Council review of requests with respect to administration and exit fees, remediation orders and offences. The text consists of 5 sections.
