La presente Resolución aprueba la Directiva Nº 006-97-COFOPRI que estable el Reglamento de Organización y Funciones de la Comisión de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal (COFOPRI).
El Reglamento consta de 8 títulos, 27 artículos, 2 disposiciones complementarias, 1 transitoria y 1 final.
El presente Decreto Supremo, que consta de 5 artículos, establece que el Ministerio de Agricultura a través del Proyecto Especial de Titulación de Tierras y Catastro Rural (PETT) proseguirá con el trámite de los expedientes sobre denuncio de tierras eriazas con arreglo a la legislación anterior a la Ley Nº 26.505 de 1995, únicamente de los que a la fecha de publicación de esa Ley reúnen, como requisito mínimo, estudios de preinversión presentados en el caso de los expedientes de adjudicación para fines de irrigación y/o drenaje o de proyecto de factibilidad técnico-económico en los expedien
El presente Acuerdo aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley del Fondo de Tierras (FONTIERRAS), que tiene por objeto establecer las normas reglamentarias de la Ley, crear los procedimientos para los fines previstos en la Ley y normar la organización y funcionamiento del Fondo de Tierras.

The present Regulation of the Minister of the Treasury, which is composed of 15 Paragraphs, establishes conditions and mode of entering into an agreement of properties exchange, so that farmers give their properties to the Treasury and get in return properties from the Resource of Agricultural Property of the Treasury. Mortgaged properties may not be exchanged.

Chapter III of the Act provides for matters relating to security on movable items. Section 3 of the present Decree, implementing provisions of section 9 of Chapter III, defines "economic activities in the agricultural sector". Activities included in this category are cultivation of crops, livestock farming, reindeer farming, aquaculture and mariculture, and fur farming.

These measures propose to strengthen land administration, the protection of land rights, and to improve utilisation of land in Sichuan. Chapter I provides for administration of land. The local government shall restrict conversion of land for agriculture to land for construction (art. 2). Chapter 2 concerns ownership of land and land use rights. The Province shall implement a land registration system in accordance with the Law (art. 6). Article 8 concerns the use of state owned land. The Forestry Law of the PRC shall regulate ownership or use of land for forestry.

The Government, for the purpose of improvement of the mechanism of registration of payers of land charges and land rent for the land belonging to state (municipal) property, decrees to entitle district and city committees on land resources and land survey with the task of provision territorial, city and district state tax inspections with the lists of legal and natural persons – payers of land charges, compiled on the basis of the data of state land cadastre.
The Government decrees to supplement the Ministerial Decree No.1223 of 1997 with the following paragraph: "State Committee on Housing and Construction Policy and State Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey must at the earliest possible date elaborate and validate methodical documentation for the calculation of the normative size of the plots of land within condominiums".
This Regulation of the Minister of Environment Protection, Natural Resources and Forestry is composed of four paragraphs. A forest or land designated for afforestation can be purchased in the following cases: the forest or land is directly adjacent to lands managed by the National Forests; there is no common ownership; the field forest border has been regulated. Other immovables can be purchased as long as it is justified by needs of forest management run by organizational units.
