Botany Local Environmental Plan 1995.

The Plan consists of the following Parts: Preliminary (1); General restrictions on development of land (2); Additional provisions for development (3); Heritage (4). The Plan aims at: (a) providing planning controls for the local government area of Botany; (b) rationalising and simplifying zoning and development controls; (c) providing direction and guidance to the community concerning desired growth and change in the local government area of Botany and the manner in which growth and change are proposed to be managed.

The Parties shall cooperate on environmental policy and management, town and country planning, reduction of environmental pollution, nature protection and cultural heritage, environmental monitoring and information systems, education and propaganda. A permanent Hungarian-Norwegian Workgroup is established for the implementation of this Agreement. The Agreement is in force for five years and shall be automatically extended for a further five years unless one of the Parties rescinds it three months before expiry.

The contracting parties propose to develop cooperation in the field of environmental protection and restoration. Priority areas are air pollution, harmonization of national, regional and international law, neutralization of wastes and recycling, protection of water quality, protection against noise and vibration, protection of biodiversity, exchange of information regarding soil conservation and energy use, protected areas and their utilization, EIA, training, exchange of information regarding the implementation of EC environmental directives.

This Rectification of Law No. 60/VIII/2014, having been published incorrectly on the Official Bulletin, establishes the legal framework for operations urban development, including the subdivision of lands, urbanization and utilization and conservation of buildings, rectified the parts that matters transfers of charges to the municipal area.

Drainage and Flood Control Ordinance (Establishment of Drainage Authorities), 1960

The Drainage and Flood Control Ordinance of 1960 makes provisions for the establishment and management of drainage authorities for the areas listed in Annex 1. The Ordinance contains 62 articles, divided into 6 Chapters: Preliminary (1), Authority Members (2), Administration (3), Committees (4), employees (5) and Various Orders (6). Authority areas shall be traced and a map will be publicised by the water commissionership.
