These Regulations implement the Land Administration Act 1997 by providing for the appointment, by the Minister, of authorized persons for the regulated land specified in the appointment.
These Regulations implement provisions of the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984.The Regulations provide for the protection and conservation of fauna and flora and restrictions on fishing, taking or approaching certain marine fauna in marine parks or marine management areas, marine reserves and other land to which these regulations apply (CALM land).The Regulations provide for restrictions on the access to CALM land, on camping, on offensive and dangerous behavior, etc.
These Regulations amend the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 to implement Article 30 of Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances, which amends Council Directive 96/82/EC on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances. They insert “heavy fuel oils” to the list of hazardous substances and controlled quantities in Schedule 1 and concern exceptions for existing hazardous substances consents.

This Order, made bu the Department of the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011, grants planning permission in respect of certain development which is necessary for the purposes of housing poultry and other captive birds to protect them from avian influenza. The Order applies to land within a controlled zone, H5N1 controlled zone, wild bird control area or wild bird monitoring area declared by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and to any identified premises.
These Regulations prescribe the bodies the Department must consult for the purposes of section 104(5)(b) of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 before making a conservation area designation. These bodies are, for the purposes of these Regulations, the Department of the Environment, the Department for Regional Development and any water or sewerage undertaker. They also prescribe bodies that must be consulted before varying or cancelling a conservation area designation (the council concerned, the Department for Regional Development and any water or sewerage undertaker).
Item 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Transfer of land of protected areas shall be performed after positive conclusion of environmental audit based on technical and economic substantiation and after public hearing on the issue”.

This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, made under section 19 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008, provides norms and standards for the control of the extraction, flaring or recovery of landfill gas at facilities as described in paragraph 4. The standards and norms concern, among other things: planning, design and construction of the facility, operations, management of emergency situations and decommissioning of facilities. The standards also contain monitoring and reporting requirements.
This Decree shall be applied to procedures, legal transactions, legal relations in connection with the utilization of land parcels of the National Land Fund, and to natural persons, legal entities and entities without legal personality taking part in such affairs.
