These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment Scheme (Set-aside) (England) Regulations 2004 (S.I. 2004/3385) to incorporate amendments to Community legislation, provide for the incorporation of future amendments to that Community legislation in national law and update the reference to the Compendium of Compendium of UK Organic Standards so as to refer to the most recent edition.

The National Environment Management Action Plan (NEMAP) is a national plan with a multi-sectoral approach. The Plan covers the period from 1995 to 2005. The National Forest Policy of Montenegro is a national sectoral policy whose main objectives are: a) to ensure and improve long-term resistance and productivity of forests and other ecosystems; b) to ensure the maintenance of plant and animal species; c) to ensure sustainable forest administration and sustainable implementation of social, economic and environmental forest functions; d) to ensure the contribution of forests to social and economic development of rural areas; e) to ensure long-term development and competitiveness of wood industry.

The Agricultural Policy for Nigeria is a sectoral national policy in force for the period of 1985-2000. The main objective of the document is to further develop and improve the performance of the country’s agricultural sector.The Policy envisages a series of measures to enable more inclusive and efficient agricultural and food systems. Among others, it provides for a water supply for food crop production to be increased through the construction of irrigation structures, dams and boreholes in strategic food crop production zones.

This Decree regulates the agrarian reform and the management of natural resources in Indonesia. It shall be a process of sustainable restructuring, monitoring, ownership and exploration of such resources.

This Order consists of 23 articles and establishes protective measures to be applied within native people lands in order to preserve natural ecosystem. It establishes financial incentives to be granted to native people for agricultural development (including technical assistance and rural extension). It lists composition and competences of authorities entitled to carry out projects and programs in this sector.

Bouvet Island, Peter I Island and Queen Maud Land (45 ° east - 20 ° west latitudes) is subject to Norwegian sovereignty as dependency land. Norwegian civil and penal laws together on the administration of justice apply to Bouvet Island, Peter I Island and Queen Maud Land. The King may issue regulations on environmental protection on Bouvet Island, Peter I's Island and Queen Maud Land (art. 2). Additional provisions of this Act shall be determined by HM the King, whereby HM may implement amendments when and where required.

The Act partly amends Act No. 3, in particular the Title which is now reading: "Act No. 3 of 27 February 1930 relating to Bouvet Island, Peter I's Island and Queen Maud Land"; article 7 remains unchanged.

This Decree provides for land use planning and plans; land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement in case of land recovery by the State; land prices and land rent rates; order of, and procedures for land recovery, allocation and lease; issuance of certificates of land use rights and ownership of house and other assets attached to land, and land use duration extension; and for land development funds.The Decree specifies the contents of land use planning at the national, provincial, district and commune level.

A Decree to promote tree planting, regeneration and protection of forests among people in order to increase and enrich forest areas in Lao PDR. The 28 Articles are divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Legitimate Persons to Receive Land Allocations for Plantations (II); Legitimate Allocation of Forest for Management (III); Incentives, Benefits and their Restrictions (IV); Implementation (V). The State allocates land to residents for the establishment and management of plantations in order to reforest and enrich such lands (art. 5).
