This Regional Law establishes the modalities of organization and performance of public control as a form of public participation. Subjects of public control shall be: (a) Regional Public Chamber; (b) Public Advisory Council of the Regional Legislative Assembly; (c) public councils of the regional executive bodies; and (d) public chambers of the municipal units. Objects of public control shall be: (a) regional state bodies; (b) local government; (c) regional state and municipal organizations; and (d) other organizations performing some public functions.

These Regulations make provision in connection with the preparation of strategic development plans and local development plans under Part 2 of the Town and Country (Scotland) Act 1997. National Park authorities shall be involved in planning where the land to which the plan relates adjoins a National Park. Some provisions concern an environmental report prepared in connection with a proposed plan.

El presente Acuerdo expide los Lineamientos del Plan Nacional de Cambio Climático (PNCC) que desarrolla la Estrategia Nacional de Cambio Climático (ENCC) 2012-2025. This Proclamation of the Benishangul Gumz Regional State shall apply to any rural land found in the region. It mainly is concerned with land rights land use and administration of rural lands. Land is declared the common property of the state and people and it shall not be subjected to sale or other means of exchange. Any peasant who legally resides in the region shall have the right to hold land irrespective of gender or any other discrimination. Land administration shall be implemented through community participation. Rural land shall not be expropriated unless to use for public services.

This Regulation of the Forestry Development Authority (FDA), made National Forestry Reform Law of 2006 concerns sound approach to forest land use planning to maximize the benefits of forest land allocation to Liberian society as a whole. Forest land use planning must be consistent with national land use priorities in all sectors and proposed uses for forest lands must be validated locally to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of the planning process, and the results reached.

The present Ministerial Order by the Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations provides for the implementation of Ecosystem Based Management (EBM) on forested lands in the Great Bear Rainforest (GBR). This Regulation of the Forestry Development Authority (FDA) establishes the responsibilities of Person harvesting or making Commercial Use of Forest Resources under a Forest Resources License ("the Operator") with respect to the rights of private land owners and provides for a right of compensation to land owners harmed as a result of any activity or process carried out pursuant to a Forest Resources License. The Operator shall take all measures necessary to prevent harm to the property of private land owners resulting from operations, without limitation.

These Rules, consisting of 32 articles, are formulated in accordance with the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act.The competent authority with local jurisdiction shall determine the possible scope of pollution when performing verification work. Prior to the official announcement of the area as a control site, the competent authority may order the polluter or user, manager or owner of the site to adopt appropriate measures within a limited time period.
