The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Agricultural Lease Act of 4 October 1985. In particular, the Ordinance sets out in details the competent authorities in the Canton responsible for the implementation of the aforementioned Federal Act. The text consists of 13 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Organization (I); Administration of justice (II); Use of alpine enterprises (III); Final provisions (IV).

El artículo 1º del Decreto define, conforme al artículo 104 bis de la Ley Nº 135, de 13 de diciembre de 1961, como pequeños arrendatarios, aparceros o similares, los que exploten extensiones que no excedan de 15 hectáreas. El artículo 2º establece que los contratos vigentes, escritos o verbales, con las excepciones de que trata el artículo 4º del Decreto, quedan prorrogados por el término de 10 años contados a partir de la sanción de la Ley Nº 1 de 26 de enero de 1968.

These Regulations provide for matters relative to Subordinate Land Boards established by Order of the President under section 19 of the Tribal Land Act, 1968 and the grant of customary land rights to tribesmen and other persons. Part II concerns the manner of election of these Boards, its internal procedures, and functionaries.

This Decision concerns the reconstruction of agricultural cooperatives. It consists of 12 articles providing for the distribution of the agricultural lands between cooperatives. It states that these lands must be given to the families of the agricultural cooperative members. Land leasing shall be allowed when these members are citizens. It specifies the measures to be applied in order to calculate land surface, limits, duration of concession, competent authorities entitled to perform this activity, the use of the money gained from the sale.

This Order approves the model form for rural land leasing contracts.

This Decree specifies circumstances in which the Office for the Administration of Agricultural Land may allocate agricultural land in leasehold pursuant to article 57, first comma, of the Agricultural Land Transaction Act. The circumstances include succession and expansion of the farm.

The present Regulation enacts the Land Transfer Tax Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to land lease. Section 1 establishes that where an instrument containing an extension or notice of extension of the rights under a lease or sublease is registered at a time when the term of such lease or sublease including any renewals or extensions, but without regard to the extension to be registered, exceeds fifty years, the value of the consideration in respect to such extension shall be reduced. The text consists of 3 sections.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down procedures and criteria for the leasing of agricultural land and farms owned by the Republic of Slovenia and managed by National Farm Land and Forest Fund, the content and duration of the lease. This Regulation applies to farms and agricultural land which can be used for agricultural production. Land may be leased only to nationals of the Republic of Slovenia and domestic legal entities with the majority share of domestic capital. Duration of the lease depends on the type of intended use.

These Rules concern the filing of an appeal with the High Court brought under section 8(2) of the Rent Restriction Act and apply the Civil Procedure Rules to such appeal.
