Cette loi a pour objet de définir le cadre juridique adéquat pour une gestion participative des oasis et des zones assimilées pour le développement durable de leurs ressources, ainsi que la détermination des règles générales applicables à leur protection et à leur mise en valeur. Elle comporte 35 articles répartis en 3 chapitres, à savoir: Dispositions generales (i); Cadres de gestion (ii); Dispositions relatives à la mise en valeur et à la protection du milieu oasien (iii).

El presente Texto Único de la Ley Nº 41, Ley General de Ambiente, que comprende las reformas aprobadas por la Ley Nº 18 de 2003, la Ley Nº 44 de 2006, la Ley Nº 65 de 2010 y la Ley Nº 8 de 2015, reconociendo que la administración del ambiente es una obligación del Estado, por tanto, mediante la presente Ley, establece los principios y normas básicas para la protección, conservación y recuperación del ambiente, promoviendo el uso sostenible de los recursos naturales.

This Law aims to manage and develop the pasture by identifying the areas of rough grazing, planning the grazing according to scientific bases, protecting the natural vegetation, conserving water resources and organizing their use, and conducting studies and researches for the protection of rough grazing. The provisions of this Law concern the state-owned properties allocated for pasture and exclude cultivated lands and other particular cases.

The Act provides for soil conservation and livestock control. It harmonizes soil conservation activities in agriculture, livestock management and proper management of water resources. The Act contains provisions on range management and grazing control for communities to manage range resources in a sustainable manner, guaranteeing equal access.The Act applies to agricultural land, i.e. land utilised for the purpose of the growing of crops or the grazing of livestock.

La presente Resolución regula la organización y el funcionamiento del primer nivel operativo de la Secretaría de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sustentable de la Jefatura de Gabinete de Ministros, de acuerdo al organigrama, las acciones y la dotación que se detallan en los Anexos I, II y III. Por otro lado, los Anexos IV y V regulan las acciones y organizacón de las coordinaciones de dicha Secretaría.

El presente Decreto establece la política general para el ordenamiento territorial, con el objetivo de orientar el uso del territorio en forma sostenible, incluyendo los recursos naturales, la prevención y mitigación de desastres naturales, el fortalecimiento de la gestión administrativa del Estado en el territorio, la coordinación interinstitucional y la gestión de los gobiernos regionales autónomos, municipales y la sociedad civil en función del desarrollo territorial.

Regulations to implement provisions of the Forests Act and to provide for various other matters.The 74 regulations are placed under the following headings: Preliminary (regs. 1-4); Forest roads (regs. 5-12); Forest fires (regs. 13-17); Trespass (regs. 18-29); Enforcement (regs. 30-39); Community catchment areas (regs. 40-45); Private forestry (regs. 46-52); Leases of forest estates (regs. 53-58); Forest recreation (regs. 59-61); General (regs. 62-74).Regulation 4 defines the contents of a forest management plan in the sense of section 8 of the Act.

La presente Resolución crea la Unidad de Gestión de los Recursos Naturales Renovables, la cual se encargará de elaborar, ejecutar y administrar los programas y proyectos referentes al manejo y conservación de los recursos naturales renovables y a la política del uso de la tierra y agua, desarrollados en base a la política agraria del Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganadería.

Le présent décret a pour objet de préciser les conditions d'application de la loi n° 016-98 relative à la gestion participative des oasis, et dans le respect des principes fondamentaux qu'elle consacre.

No person shall without prior approval of the Board as defined in the Natural Resources Act cultivate or permit to be cultivated any land or destroy any vegetation in the vicinity of specified inland waters. The Board may, when granting approval, impose such terms as deemed necessary for the protection of natural resources. The Board may withdraw approval if a person fails to comply with the terms prescribed. (7 regulations)

These Regulations, made under section 4 (1) of the Land Husbandry Act by the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing, provides for the protection of agricultural land.

Rural areas are not exempted from the impacts of globalisation. Global trends affecting agriculture are particularly significant in this respect. A number of options are available to developing countries in responding to these trends. Given the scarcity of resources it is important that they choose carefully. If they fail to respond, rural areas will become even more marginalized than they are already.
