This Regulation provides for irrigation and hydropower project-related compensation, support and resettlement.The Regulation makes provision for: compensation for recovered land; compensation for property damage, which includes damage to public works and to crops and animals; supports for the construction of houses; supports for life stabilization including food, medical educational and lighting support; production support including cultivation, husbandry and production forest planting support; formulation of a master plan on population relocation and resettlement; etc.

Repealed by: Decision No. 64/2014/QD-TTg on specific policies on relocation and resettlement of people in areas under irrigation and hydropower projects. (2014-11-18)
