The present Regulations are made under the Real Property Assessment Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down detailed provisions relating to the enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act in the Province. For the purpose of the present Regulation, “assessment list” means a list of all properties in a municipality and such assessment list shall contain all of the information described in clause b) in relation to those properties and the number of the municipality. Section 3 establishes that in each year, between 1st January and 31 December, the Minister shall revise the assessment of all real property and the revised assessment shall be the assessment for the following year. The text consists of 14 sections and 3 Schedules.
