The Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) provides free internet access to Australasian legal materials. AustLII's broad public policy agenda is to improve access to justice through better access to information. To that end, we have become one of the largest sources of legal materials on the net, with over four million searchable documents.

AustLII publishes public legal information -- that is, primary legal materials (legislation, treaties and decisions of courts and tribunals); and secondary legal materials created by public bodies for purposes of public access (law reform and royal commission reports for example) and a substantial collection of law journals.

Adelaide Park Lands Regulations 2006.

These Regulations, consisting of eight sections, implement provisions of the Adelaide by: declaring that the Royal Zoological Society of South Australia Incorporated is a State authority; specifying obligations of the Minister to publish a notice in the Gazette when depositing an instrument in the General Registry Office; declaring land which does not require identification by the management strategy; specifying availability of management plans; and prescribing the period of time for preparing a report concerning the State’s Government position on the future use and status of land occupied

Crown Land Management Regulations 2010.

These Regulations, consisting of seven sections completed by two Schedules, implement sections 25, 27 and 61 of the Crown Land Management Act 2009 by prescribing: circumstances in which the disposal of Crown land by transfer or grant of the fee simple does not need to be by public auction, public tender or other open competitive process; land included in the Adelaide Park Lands to be Crown land; and unlawful occupation of Crown land during the period of three weeks to be an offence.

Valuation of Land Regulation 2012.

This Regulation implements provisions of the Valuation of Land Act 1916.The Regulation provides for: additional classes of land to be dealt with as “Crown lease restricted”; the manner in which an objection to a valuation may be lodged and withdrawn; and the manner in which notices may be served.

Land Boundaries Act, 1841.

This Act allows authorized land officers to ascertain and mark by landmarks the proper boundaries of every grant of lands within Western Australia. Authorized land officers shall then report the boundaries along with a description of the several landmarks placed therein for approval to the Governor-in-Council.

Soil and Land Conservation Regulations, 1992.

These Regulations implement the Soil and Land Conservation Act 1945 by providing forms to obtain authority cards as referred to in section 21(1) of the Act; procedure to notify the Commissioner of the intention to drain or pump water; and, subject to section 25A(8) of the Act, the procedure to be followed before recommending that a service charge be imposed, including public meeting to be held, procedures to be followed and information to be presented; etc.
