This Resolution of the Council of Ministers regulates the Urbanization Plan of Évora (3rd Revision). It consists of 5 sections concerning this Regulation specifying the aforementioned Plan (PUE), which aim is to regulate all activities relevant with occupation, use and transformation of urban and agricultural land of Évora area.

These Regulations amend the Land Registration (Conduct of Business) Regulations 2000 by substituting a new table specifying the provisions in the Land Registration Rules 1925 which authorize or require acts to be done by the Registrar and which acts may, by virtue of the principal Regulations, be done by the Solicitor to H.M. Land Registry or an Acting Solicitor to H.M. Land Registry or, for certain purposes, by a Deputy Solicitor to H.M. Land Registry.

Section 18 of the Agriculture Act 1986 gives the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food power to designate areas in England as environmentally sensitive areas where it appears to him particularly desirable to conserve, protect or enhance environmental features in those areas by the maintenance or adoption of particular agricultural methods. This Order designates areas in Breckland, Clun, North Peak, Suffolk River Valleys and Test Valley as environmentally sensitive areas (art. 3).

Ley Nº 345 - Ley de restablecimiento de los plazos establecidos en la Ley Nº 278, sobre propiedad reformada urbana y agraria.

La presente Ley, que consta de 3 artículos, restablece por el termino de 18 meses el plazo y las modalidades de pago establecido en el articulo 98 de la Ley Nº 278 para cancelar el impuesto de bienes inmuebles. Asimismo, restablece hasta el 23 de diciembre de 2000 el plazo establecido en el articulo 2º de la Ley Nº 288 para que la Comisión Nacional de Revisión de Confiscaciones continúe recibiendo solicitudes de reclamos.

El presente Reglamento, que consta de 3 capítulos y 15 artículos, tiene como objeto regular el procedimiento a seguir y los derechos y deberes de las partes, mediadores, asesores y representantes en el tramite de mediación institucional establecido en la Ley Nº 278, Ley sobre propiedad reformada urbana y agraria de 1997. Por tratarse de procesos de mediación institucional, administrados por la Oficina Nacional de Mediación, todo proceso de mediación se llevara a cabo en las instalaciones que disponga la mencionada Oficina y con mediadores certificados por ésta.
