Section 4 of the above-mentioned Act establishes a body corporate to be known as the Wakamow Valley Authority.
Land Surveys Regulations (R.R.S. c. L-4.1 Reg. 1).
The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Land Surveys Act. In particular, the Regulations apply to all lands in Saskatchewan: a) that are located in an area of Saskatchewan that the Lieutenant Governor in Council has designated pursuant to section 87 of the Act as an area to which the Act applies; and b) that are within the legislative competence of the Legislature.
Dedicated Lands Regulations, 2009 (R.R.S. c. P-13.1 Reg. 3).
The present Regulations enacts the Planning and Development Act, 2007. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the establishment of buffer zones in the subdivision of land. The text – consisting of 17 sections – deals with the following matters: designation of dedicated lands on plan of subdivision, buffer strips, leases, additional uses of public reserves and municipal reserves, lease by a council that is an approving authority, moneys received concerning dedicated lands, exemption, easements density and Northern Saskatchewan Administration Direction.
Treaty Land Entitlement Withdrawal Regulations (R.R.S. c. W-13.2 Reg. 2).
The present Regulations provide for the enactment of the Wildlife Habitat Protection Act. Section 3 establishes that for the purposes of the Framework Agreement within the meaning of subsection 9(2) of the Act, the lands listed in the Appendix: a) are withdrawn from the Schedule mentioned in subsection 3(1) of the Act; and b) cease to be designated as wildlife habitat lands pursuant to subsection 3(1.1) of the Act. Saskatchewan Farm Security Regulations (R.R.S. c. S-17.1 Reg. 1).
The present Regulations are made under the Saskatchewan Farm Security Act which affords protection to farmers against loss of their farm land. In particular, the Regulations provide for the correct enforcement of certain sections concerning acquisition of land dealt with by the Farm Land Security Board. The text consists of 8 sections.
