Pérou

Le Pérou est l'un des pays les plus riches en biodiversité au monde. Situé à l'ouest de l'Amérique du Sud, sa diversité d'écosystèmes est créée par le littoral qui fait face à l'océan Pacifique, les montagnes des Andes et la forêt amazonienne. La gouvernance foncière au Pérou est passée par plusieurs phases, d'un système concentré entre quelques mains jusque dans les années 1960 où 90% des terres agricoles appartenaient à 5% des propriétaires, à un système collectiviste avec la réforme agraire des années 1970, et à une tendance actuelle à la propriété privée mais avec une forte participation des petites exploitations.
