This Resolution establishes the Regulation of the Environmental Planning of Régua e do Carrapatelo Dam (POARC). This Resolution establishes the Regulation of the Environmental Planning of Alqueva Dam (PROZEA). This Regulation consists of 5 chapters and 1 annex regulating actions and activities for the management, use and transformation of land and water of the aforementioned dams.

La susdit loi porte la réglementation relative au camping. L’article 1er établit qu’il est considéré comme terrain de camping public toute propriété mise publiquement à la disposition des campeurs ou occupée en fait et d'une manière habituelle par des groupes de campeurs. En outre, l’ouverture ou le maintien d'un terrain de camping public est soumis à une autorisation écrite du Membre du Gouvernement ayant dans ses attributions le tourisme, le médecin-inspecteur compétent entendu en son avis. Le texte comprend 9 articles.

Le susdit règlement abroge et remplace l'arrêté grand-ducal du 29 juillet 1957 concernant le classement et les conditions d'installation des terrains de campings. Le texte comprend 26 articles divisés en 2 chapitres comme suit: De l'ouverture des terrains de camping et des conditions auxquelles ils doivent répondre (Ier); Dispositions relatives au maintien de l'ordre, de la sécurité et de la salubrité publique sur les terrains de camping en exploitation (II).

La presente Ordenanza, en base a la Ley de gestión ambiental que autoriza a los municipios a dictar políticas ambientales seccionales, expide las siguientes disposiciones para la prevención y control de la contaminación ambiental en el cantón Quevedo y crea la Comisión Especial de Preservación y Control del Medio Ambiente.

The Regional Territorial Environmental Plan shall be composed of the various Territorial Environmental Plans of “Large Areas” (Chapter II), which shall cover elements of a naturalistic interest (biological and physical) as well as elements regarding agricultural production. Article 4 defines the content of the above-mentioned plans, whereas Chapter III deals with the drafting, approval and legal effect of the plans.

La susdite ordonnance porte la réglementation relative à l’organique de la planification et de l’urbanisme. L’article 2 établit que le développement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale, en ce compris l'aménagement de son territoire, est fixé par les plans régionaux et communaux énuméré dans cet article. Dans l'élaboration desdits plans et lors de la délivrance des permis et certificats, les autorités administratives s'efforcent de concilier le progrès social et économique et la qualité de la vie en garantissant aux habitants de la Région le respect d'un aménagement harmonieux.

This Act is enacted to prevent soil and groundwater pollution, to ensure sustainable use of the land and groundwater resources, to improve the living environment, and to enhance public health. It consists of 8 Chapters divided into 51 articles. Article 2 gives definitions of the terms used in this Act, e.g. soil pollution, groundwater pollution, pollutants, polluter, soil pollution monitoring standards, etc. The Act establishes the prevention and redemption measures in Chapter two, the investigation and assessment measures in Chapter three, and the control measures in Chapter 4.

This basic enactment of the Palestinian Legislative creates a framework for the protection of the environment, public health and biodiversity in Palestine including marine areas. Its 82 sections are divided into 5 Titles: Definitions and general provisions (I); Environmental protection (II); Environmental impact assessment, licensing, inspection and administrative procedure (III); Penalties (IV); Final provisions (V). Article 1 contains an extensive list of definitions, including "natural reserves" and "international waters". Objectives of this Law are set out in article 2.

This Regulation makes provision to reduce and prevent pollution of the outer environment, which is defined as being all land, water, and air, outdoors, and outside workplaces. The Regulation shall not cover those activities and enterprises which are already subject to the laws referred to in article 1. Chapter 3 deals with inspection and control. The Local Environmental Health Commission shall oversee the implementation of this Regulation (art. 3.1). The supervision shall encompass air, land and water, as well as all equipment and all circumstances which might cause pollution.
