La présente loi fixe les principes et les modalités d’un développement durable, paisible et intégré des activités pastorales, agropastorales et sylvopastorales. Sont concernées par les dispositions de la présente loi, les activités d’élevage des espèces bovine, ovine, caprine, caméline, asine et équine. La loi est formée par 75 articles, repartis en 4 titres, à savoir: Dispositions générales (I); Exploitation des ressources naturelles aux fins du pastoralisme (II); Infractions, sanctions et procédures (III) et Dispositions finales (IV).

This Act concerns the title of native people, Aboriginal people and Torres Strait Islanders, to land in Queensland. It consists of 146 sections and is divided into five Parts. Part 2 is dedicated to validation and its effects, Part 3 concerns the confirmation of certain rights, in particular the ownership of certain natural resources and certain water and fishing access rights and public access to and enjoyment of beaches and certain other places.

This regulation implements the Community Services (Torres Strait) Act 1984. It consists of 68 sections and is divided into 12 Parts. Part 2 is dedicated to the Island councils, their composition and their membership, Part 3 to the chairpersons of Island councils and Part 4 to the election of Island councils. Part 5 concerns councils’ meetings, Part 8 regulates Island courts and Part 9 the Island Coordinating Council. The regulation is completed by five schedules that provide further for the operation of the bodies regulated in the text.

This Act concerns Aboriginal communities that live in Queensland and provides them support, administrative services and assistance. It consists of 187 sections and is divided into 15 Parts. Part 2 concerns the administration of the Act, Part 3 describes the powers of intervention of the State in matters related to Aboriginal matters. Part 4 provides for the incorporation of Aboriginal councils and regulates their operation. Part 8 is dedicated to the Aboriginal Coordinating Council and Part 9 to the Aboriginal Industries Board.

This Decision of the Minister of Finance provides for issuing the Regulation on rents applicable to foreign investors who rent land, or water expanses or sea areas in order to conduct their operations (agricultural, infrastructure etc. etc.) Rent Coefficients shall be calculated for urban, non urban land, water( meaning river and lakes) and sea on specific parameters.

The Director of Geological Surveys and any officer of his/her Department or any other officer authorized may enter on lands and undertake other actions set out in article 3 for purposes of carrying out geological surveys authorized by the Minister. A notice of survey shall be given in advance to the owner or occupier of the land in question. Surveyors shall not enter any closed courtyard, garden or other space pertinent to a dwelling house without the prior consent of the owner or occupier. Funds shall be made available for compensation of injury caused by the survey.

Decree-Law 89/87 amending Decree-Law 468/71 on the legal regime of the land related to public domain water.

This Decree-Law, composed of 4 articles, amends parts of the Decree-Law No. 468/71 on the legal regime of land related to public domain water. In particular, it introduces a new version of articles 14 and 15 respectively dealing with areas under flood threat and the regime of adjacent domains; changes the position of Chapter IV (into Chapter V) and the numeration of articles 32, 33 and 34; adds a new Chapter IV on sanctions control.

Amends: Decree-Law 468/71 on the legal regime of the land related to water pertaining to public domain. (1971-11-05)
