La presente Ley Foral, que consta de 4 títulos, 24 artículos, 4 disposiciones adicionales y 2 finales, tiene por objeto el establecimiento del régimen jurídico de las vías pecuarias de Navarra. Las vías pecuarias, o sea las rutas o itinerarios por donde discurre o ha venido discurriendo tradicionalmente el tránsito ganadero, se clasifican en cañadas reales, traviesas, pasadas y ramales, distinguiéndose además los reposaderos y abrevaderos anexos.

The fundamental purpose of the Act is to provide Maori with more equitable market rents for their land. The Act applies to those leases specified in schedule 3 and contains detailed provisions concerning implied terms, compensation payable to lessors, solatium payments to lessors and lessees, as well as payments to lessors for purchase of leases.

Ce décret du 1887 porte obligation de respecter les servitudes existants sur les terres que les propriétaires veulent clôturer. Les propriétés non clôturées doivent être délimitées par un bornage apparent. Il renvoie aux arrêtés du Gouverneur général pour les dispositions relatives au bornage des terres occupées par les non-indigènes, à l'administration des terres domaniales et aux autorisations de faire, sur ces terres et sur celles occupées par les indigènes, des coupes de bois ou d'en extraire des minerais ou des matériaux.

En vertu de ce décret du 1886, les droits privés déjà existants ou qui sont à acquérir doivent, pour être légalement reconnus, être enregistrés par le conservateur des titres fonciers. Toutefois, le décret prévoit que les terres occupés par des populations indigènes, sous l'autorité de leurs chefs, continuent d'être régies par les coutumes et les usages locaux. This Decree approves a protection plan for native people "Yanomami" lands. It consists of 5 articles approving the aforementioned plan for the evacuation of occupants from Yanomami's lands. The plan specifies administrative and legal procedures in order to carry out this activity and to adopt a sanitary program for native people's health.
