El presente Reglamento General para la aplicación de la Ley Orgánica de Tierras Rurales y Territorios Ancestrales, de Tierras Rurales y Territorios Ancestrales, tiene por objeto regular la aplicación de la Ley Orgánica de Tierras Rurales y Territorios Ancestrales, de conformidad con los principios, finalidades, lineamientos de la política agraria de tierras y los derechos vinculados a la propiedad de la tierra rural y territorios ancestrales.

El presente Reglamento General para la aplicación de la Ley Orgánica de Tierras Rurales y Territorios Ancestrales, de Tierras Rurales y Territorios Ancestrales, tiene por objeto regular la aplicación de la Ley Orgánica de Tierras Rurales y Territorios Ancestrales, de conformidad con los principios, finalidades, lineamientos de la política agraria de tierras y los derechos vinculados a la propiedad de la tierra rural y territorios ancestrales.

This Ministerial Order, consisting of 4 articles and eleven Annexes (I-A to I-M), establishes the formal Recognition of Traditional Sucos and Indigenous Villages existing in the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste. The Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste recognizes the existence of 451 Sucos and 2,233 Villages, whose designation and location in the national territory is included in Annex I-A to Annex I-M to this Ministerial Order. La presente Resolución aprueba el Reglamento Interno de la Comisión Multisectorial creada por la Ley para la protección de pueblos indígenas u originarios en situación de aislamiento y en situación de contacto inicial, y presidida por el Instituto Nacional de Desarrollo de Pueblos Andinos, Amazónicos y Afroperuano (INDEPA), que tiene como finalidad realizar el estudio previo que declara un pueblo indígena u originario en situación de aislamiento y en situación de contacto inicial.

This Law prescribes for the land ownership, powers and responsibilities of the State in representing the entire-people ownership of land and uniformly managing land, the land management and use regimes, and the rights and obligations of land users over the land in the territory of Vietnam. The persons taking responsibility before the State for land use are: 1. These Regulations, consisting of 15 sections and one Schedule, regulate wardens related to Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana). These regulations are made under the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011. They provide for the appointment of wardens by a customary marine title group to promote compliance with a prohibition or restriction that applies to a protected wāhi tapu or wāhi tapu area. The purpose of this Act, consisting of 137 sections divided into three Parts and four Schedules, is: to record the acknowledgements and apology given by the Crown to Rangitāne o Manawatu in the deed of settlement; to give effect to certain provisions of the deed of settlement that settles the historical claims of Rangitāne o Manawatu. The provisions of this Act take effect on the settlement date unless stated otherwise.
