This Law shall determine types and organizational forms of enterprises, rules of their foundation, registration, re-organization and liquidation, and organizational mechanism to conduct their business under conditions of transition to the market economy. Natural resources shall be possessed and used on a paid basis by enterprises pursuant to the prescribed procedures and when envisaged by Ukrainian legislative acts – on privileged terms. Owners of land and land users shall annually pay fees for land in the form of a land tax or lease payment.

This Act regulates the definition, granting, transfer and registration of forestry rights in land, i.e.: (a) an interest in the land pursuant to which a person having the benefit of the interest is entitled to enter the land and do all or any of the following: (i) to establish, maintain, and harvest a crop of trees on the land; (ii) to maintain and harvest a crop of trees on the land; (iii) to construct and use such buildings, works and facilities as required for crop management; or (b) a carbon sequestration right in respect of the land; or (c) a combination of such rights, and provides fo

This Act constitutes the legislative framework in matter of environmental protection within the State of Sabah. Part II of the Act is devoted to the setting up of the Environment Protection Council whose functions shall be to advise the State Government on matters relevant to the implementation of these provisions. On the other side, Part IV of the Act provides for the establishment of the Environment Protection Fund. Further provisions as regards public servants and administration competent in the environmental field are laid down in Part V.

This Decree-Law amends Decree-Law No. 120/2000 on the Statutes of the Ministry of Environment and Territory Management. Amended articles establish the reorganization of the aforementioned Ministry by the fusion of four organisms in two (Institution of Environment; and Portuguese Institution of Geography) composition, duties and compentencies are specified in the text.

This Resolution of Council of Ministers establishes the Coastal Zone Plan (POOC) of Alcobaça-Mafra. This Act grants the power to the Minister responsible for ports and harbours to carry out construction of coast protection works as he/she deems urgently necessary and to apportion costs of such works on the owners of any land who benefit from such works. The owners will contribute in the degree that they benefit from the work. Various rules are provided for the apportionment of costs and the payment of compensation.

The Campania Region promotes land reclamation interventions, which are considered to be of public interest since they help preserve the territory and, particularly, rural environments, and enable the rational utilization of water resources intended for agricultural uses. To these ends, the present Regional Act provides for the rearrangement of Land Reclamation Consortia and makes rules governing their functions and tasks, in compliance with the general principles laid down at national level in Act No. 183 of 1989 as well as in Act No. 36 of 1994.

The Act aims at the protection and development of rural territories, giving particular regard to the protection of the environment and the rational utilization of water resources for irrigation purposes. The Region shall operate in conjunction with reclamation consortia (art. 15), whose main tasks shall be the planning, realization and management of reclamation and irrigation interventions. The Technical Committee on Reclamation is set up by article 7.

The Act lays down provisions concerning regional planning activities as regards soil protection, control of land use and interventions for the conservation and transformation of soil. The provisions cover both agricultural and urban land. As regards agricultural land, the aims pursued are the safeguarding and improvement of the natural heritage as well as the rational and sustainable exploitation of natural resources. The Regions shall be responsible for planning in conjunction with the Communes and Mountain Communities.
