This Decree amends article 27 establishing the obligation of consulting local community on legal procedures related to land administration and land use management. It determines that these communities should participate actively in the decision making regarding the above mentioned sectors, through the active involvement and partecipation of local consulting committees.

This Act amends the Land Registration Authority Act 2003 by adding a new section (438A), which stipulates that no lease shall be subject to sublease unless specifically agreed to by the landowners in the original master lease, or consented to by the landowners in writing.

El presente El presente Decreto Ley tiene por objeto la creación, organización y funcionamiento del Sistema de Registros Públicos de la República de Cuba.
This Act provides with respect to the administration, structure, operations, powers, responsibilities and (additional) functions of the National Land Commission established by Article 67 of the Constitution and for certain aspects of management and administration of land in accordance with the principles of land policy set out in Article 60 of the Constitution and the national land policy.
The present Regulations enforces provisions of the Cooperatives Act by prescribing forms and by regulating more in detail various matters mainly relating to internal organization and procedures of cooperative societies including registration; records of a co-operative society; membership and meeting of members; management and financial matters; and arbitration and other dispute resolution.
These Regulations amend the Land Registration Rules 1972 in relation with application for first registration where purchase money or compensation does not exceed a specified sum.

This Order establishes additional provisions related to the Farms Act. A farm/land property can be registered as such and notification thereof shall be submitted to the Survey and Cadastre Authorities to ensure proper residency status. When establishing a new farm, or purchasing additional land, a 10-year residence proof is required by the purchaser within 6 months from the date the Survey and Cadastre Authorities have registered the cadastral changes. Provisions also include companies in other EU countries or countries that have signed the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA).
For the purposes of this Act there is hereby established an office to be known as the Central Land Record Office which shall be responsible for the administration of the provisions of this Act and be the central repository of copies of all records of customary land holdings. These offices shall be managed by the Judicial and Legal Service Commission acting as National Recorder. Tasks of the National Recorder are set out in section 7 and include registration of customary land. "Customary land" has the meaning ascribed thereto in section 2 of the Land and Titles Act Titles.
The present Act makes provisions for the registration and organization of cooperative societies, defines their powers, privileges and duties and provides for their internal organization, management and finances, and provides for other matters relating to the functioning of cooperative societies and cooperative development.
La presente Resolución aprueba los Lineamientos para la inmatriculación de predios a nombre del Estado para asumir titularidad sobre predios inscritos a nombre de cualquier entidad estatal con fines de formalización y titulación de la propiedad agraria, con el objeto de obtener el saneamiento físico legal de la propiedad agraria, garantizar una adecuada inmatriculación de predios a nombre del Estado, y la inscripción del nuevo titular sobre predios ya inscritos.
