Instruction on concession of land for construction of health resorts, rehabilitation, recreational and tourist sites.

This Instruction shall be applicable to concession of land located in the protected area of Issyk Kul for construction of health resorts, rehabilitation, recreational and tourist sites. Temporary concession of land for the aforesaid purposes shall be carried out exclusively through open tenders. Each plot of land shall be put on sale as a separate lot. Boundaries of the plot of land put on sale shall be coordinated with adjacent land tenants and landowners.

Article 25 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Registration of mortgage shall be lifted by the state registration authority in so far as it relates to plot of land owned by the constructor or mortgaged of the right of lease or sublease of plot of land”.

This Proclamation provides for a new system of administration for rural land management and use and for sustainable rural land use planning based on the different agro-ecological zones of the country necessary for the conservation and development of natural resources. This Proclamation shall apply to any rural land in Ethiopia, i.e.

The present Act provides protection for both parties under a lease or agreement for sale for land where payment is made with the crops grown on said land. In particular, the Act operates when, pursuant to a lease, sale, or first mortgage on a piece of land, there is provision made to pay the rent, purchase money, or mortgage money either in whole or part with crops grown on that land. The maximum amount of any lien or charge which may be charged as a result of the transaction is one third of the value of the crop.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to assessment of property in the province of British Columbia. Section 18 establishes that all land and improvements in British Columbia are liable to assessment under the present Act unless exempted under this or another enactment. In particular, Part 3 deals, inter alia, with special valuation rules for dams, power plants and substations, valuation rules for designated port land, as well as with classification of land as a farm and classification and valuation of forest land.

This Proclamation provides for the registration of mortgages established on businesses and the sale of a business mortgage by auction. Each Region or City shall keep a register of business mortgages. Only businesses that have been registered and given business license by the appropriate Federal or Regional authority may be mortgaged.
