This Proclamation provides for a new system of administration for rural land management and use and for sustainable rural land use planning based on the different agro-ecological zones of the country necessary for the conservation and development of natural resources. This Proclamation shall apply to any rural land in Ethiopia, i.e.

The present Act provides protection for both parties under a lease or agreement for sale for land where payment is made with the crops grown on said land. In particular, the Act operates when, pursuant to a lease, sale, or first mortgage on a piece of land, there is provision made to pay the rent, purchase money, or mortgage money either in whole or part with crops grown on that land. The maximum amount of any lien or charge which may be charged as a result of the transaction is one third of the value of the crop.

This Ministerial Decree regulates purchase and sale of agricultural land pertaining to public and private ownership. Purchase and sale of the plots of land shall be carried by owners otherwise it can be carried out by third party in accordance with notarized letter of authority. Sale of agricultural land polluted with chemicals and radioactive substances exceeding maximum allowed limits shall be prohibited. Purposeful use of agricultural land after transaction shall be preserved along with existing servitude.

This Instruction shall be applicable to concession of land located in the protected area of Issyk Kul for construction of health resorts, rehabilitation, recreational and tourist sites. Temporary concession of land for the aforesaid purposes shall be carried out exclusively through open tenders. Each plot of land shall be put on sale as a separate lot. Boundaries of the plot of land put on sale shall be coordinated with adjacent land tenants and landowners.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to assessment of property in the province of British Columbia. Section 18 establishes that all land and improvements in British Columbia are liable to assessment under the present Act unless exempted under this or another enactment. In particular, Part 3 deals, inter alia, with special valuation rules for dams, power plants and substations, valuation rules for designated port land, as well as with classification of land as a farm and classification and valuation of forest land.

The present Regulation enacts the Assessment Act. Section 1 establishes that the assessment authority may disclose and disseminate to any person information under the Assessment Act respecting the declared value and physical characteristics of any property. The text consists of section.

This Proclamation amends the Property Mortgaged or Pledged with Banks Proclamation in article 3 in relation with auctions for the sale of mortgaged property by banks. Amends: Property Mortgaged or Pledged with Banks Proclamation (No. 97/1998). (1998-02-19)

This Proclamation provides for the registration of mortgages established on businesses and the sale of a business mortgage by auction. Each Region or City shall keep a register of business mortgages. Only businesses that have been registered and given business license by the appropriate Federal or Regional authority may be mortgaged.

This Proclamation amends the Civil Code concerning the sale of property mortgaged or pledged with banks in order to create a conducive environment to economic development by enabling banks to collect their debts from debtors efficiently and thereby promoting a good business culture.

The present Regulation enacts the Landlord and Tenant Act. The Regulation lays down detailed provisions relating to costs and fees arising from the landlord-tenant relationship in New Brunswick. The text consists of 4 sections.

The present Regulations enact the Land Registration Act. The Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to the registration of land. The text – consisting of 8 sections – deals, amongst others, with the following aspects: designation of counties, establishment of registration districts, prescribed fees and transitional provisions.
