The Order contains 2 articles and one Schedule. It transfers the functions of the Board under Part IV of the principal Act to grant permission for development to the authorities specified in the Schedule.

No person shall occupy or use more than three acres of land for urban farming. No person shall, except where that person practices zero grazing, graze his animal in an urban area (reg. 3). "Urban farming" means the carrying out of plant or animal husbandry activities as set out in the Schedule within statutory township boundaries. Regulation 4 prohibits farming which may cause nuisance in other zones as those destined for urban farming. (4 regulations)

The plantation of lands specified in the Master Plan of the City of Baghdad shall be carried out in accordance with the Plan within the limitation of the tree line. Planting of certain seasonal crops is excluded from this provision (art. 1a). The requirement laid down in article 1a concerns water share. Cultivation of lands without a water share shall commence one year after the allocation of a water share has taken place (art. 1b). Non-compliance with the requirement may bring about the modification of the lease contract (art. 2).

These Regulations set out the list of substances which are hazardous substances for the purposes of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1972 as amended, which requires consent for the presence at or above land of excess of a controlled quantity of a hazardous substance. It also, among other things, sets out the procedure to obtain consent and the procedure for enforcement of hazardous substances control.

The present Ordinance enforces, inter alia, the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 22 June 1979. Article 1 establishes that the Executive Council shall adopt a coordination plan as cantonal structure plan according to the Federal Land Use Planning Act. This Plan serves to coordinate the spatial impact activities with those of the federal government and neighbouring cantons and shows in which temporal sequence and by which means the tasks shall be fulfilled. The text consists of 7 articles.

Le présent règlement concerne des opérations effectuées en application de la loi du 29 novembre 1961 sur les améliorations foncières. L’article 2 établit que le Service des améliorations foncières (SAF) exerce la haute surveillance des opérations d'améliorations foncières. Le chapitre I est divisé en 2 sections que traitent respectivement les opérations classiques d'améliorations foncières et les spécificités relatives aux opérations d'améliorations foncières dans les terrains à bâtir.

La présente ordonnance met en exécution la loi du 25 juin 1987 sur les constructions et l'aménagement du territoire. L’article 2 établit que par voie de règlement, les communes ont la faculté d'édicter des dispositions complémentaires ou dérogatoires dans la mesure où la présente ordonnance l'admet expressément.

Ce décret fixe les attributions et l'organisation de la Direstion de l'urbanisme, de l'habitat, des transports et de travaux publics ayant pour mission la mise en oeuvre, au plan local, de la politique du Gouvernement et des délibération du Conseil de la ville de Conakry dans les domaines de l'urbanisme, de l'habitat, des transports et de travaux publics.

Where an area plan or town plan has been prepared and approved for a local authority area, and if it appears to the Minister to be expedient in the interests of securing the proper control of development in such area, he may, with the agreement of that local authority, by order published in the Gazette, constitute that local authority as the interim planning authority for that area or part thereof (reg. 4).
