This Law, composed of four Chapters divided into 83 articles, regulates the Programme “Minha Casa, Minha Vida” on regularization of urban settlements. It aims to support municipalities in building new houses in order to help families to get one, giving priority to people living within informal settlements of urban areas. The Law pays special attention to sustainable urban projects and it also defines criteria to evaluate them.

The Circular disciplines the terms of payment for land rent, the right of use and the tenure both by domestic Organizations, families/individuals. Furthermore, it indicates how to calculate the rates to be paid on the basis of occupancy and activities as follows: one year land rent (VND/year) is equal to leased land area (m2 ) multiplied per land rent rate/year(VND/m2.

La présente ordonnance porte règlement minier. Elle comprend 165 articles répartis en 6 titres, à savoir: Généralités (I); Régime minier de droit commun (II); Régime minier conventionnel (III); Relation des titulaires de droits miniers avec les propriétaires du sol entre eux et avec l'Etat (IV); Dispositions particulières aux hydrocarbures (V) et Entrée en vigueur du règlement (VI).En vue de susciter une mise en valeur rapide des ressources minières, les surfaces à octroyer ont été fixées dans des limites raisonables.

La présente ordonnance a pour objet de fixer les conditions et modalités de concession et de cession des terrains relevant du domaine privé de l’Etat destinés à la réalisation de projets d’investissement.

Le présente loi modifie 36 articles de la loi n° 90-30, dont 13 articles relatifs au statut légal des terres agricoles sans titres, en proposant notamment l'institution de droits matériels sur les infrastructures et les constructions à caractère foncier réalisés sur des biens domaniaux.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto el marco normativo relativo a la propiedad y la concesión de los hidrocarburos, los cuales pertenecen al dominio directo, inalienable e imprescriptible del Estado (art. 1º). Dentro de los 50 km de las fronteras nacionales, ningún extranjero podrá adquirir ni poseer propiedades inmuebles por ningún título, con la excepción del caso de necesidad nacional declarada mediante ley expresa.

This Decree, consisting of 6 Chapters, regulates access to land and acquisition of land rights in order to implement petroleum operations within public or private territory of Angola. It is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Cadastre (Chap. II); Coordination of interventions (Chap. III); Procedures for land right concession to perform petroleum operations (Chap. IV); Guarantees of the Title land right owner (Chap. V); Final provisions (Chap. VI).

A Decree to promote tree planting, regeneration and protection of forests among people in order to increase and enrich forest areas in Lao PDR. The 28 Articles are divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Legitimate Persons to Receive Land Allocations for Plantations (II); Legitimate Allocation of Forest for Management (III); Incentives, Benefits and their Restrictions (IV); Implementation (V). The State allocates land to residents for the establishment and management of plantations in order to reforest and enrich such lands (art. 5).

The Governor shall appoint a Commission to deal with concessions confirmed by the Chief Court. Any concession or grant on land conferring any of the rights listed in article 4 shall be suspended until further notification is made according to the provisions of this Act.

La presente Ley sobre el régimen de propiedad de tierras de Guinea Ecuatorial, establece que se distinguirán las tierras según pertenezcan a particulares y entidades, o formen parte del patrimonio del Estado; estas últimas se dividirán en tierras de dominio publico y tierras de propiedad privada del Estado.

This Regulation of the Forestry Development Authority (FDA) establishes the responsibilities of Person harvesting or making Commercial Use of Forest Resources under a Forest Resources License ("the Operator") with respect to the rights of private land owners and provides for a right of compensation to land owners harmed as a result of any activity or process carried out pursuant to a Forest Resources License. The Operator shall take all measures necessary to prevent harm to the property of private land owners resulting from operations, without limitation.

La présente ordonnance porte règlementation des concessions à titre onéreux de terres rurales.
