This Decree of the Ministry of Environment defines the duties of the Land Survey Office. The Office shall, among other things, be the national authority for information on immovable property and shall be responsible for the land cadastre. It shall also be responsible for matters regarding geography, geodesy and boundaries.

Dans la présente ordonnance, on entend par «noms géographiques de la mensuration officielle»: noms des objets topographiques utilisés dans les couches d’information de la nomenclature (noms locaux, noms de lieux et lieux-dits), de la couverture du sol et des objets divers.

The Government of the Russian Federation and the administration of the Khabarovsk Territory have agreed as follows: 1) Land within the administrative boundaries of the Khabarovsk Territory can be classified as federal property, regional property, municipal property and private ownership in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and of the Khabarovsk Territory.

The Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Orenburg Region have agreed as follows: 1) Land within the administrative boundaries of the Orenburg Region can be classified as federal property, regional property, municipal property and private ownership in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region have agreed as follows: 1). Land within the administrative boundaries of the Sverdlovsk Region make part of the stock of land of the Russian Federation and can be classified as federal property, regional property, municipal property and private ownership. 2).

This Order establishes the following categories of cadastre maps in relation to purposeful use thereof: (a) public cadastre maps for general public use; (b) official cadastre maps for use by official cadastre and immovable property bodies; (c) municipal cadastre maps for use by municipal units; and (d) regional cadastre maps for use by regional executive bodies.

The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. State land surveying inspection regards the supervising activity over the observance of the established procedure of carrying out topographical and land survey and mapping that are put into practice by the branches of state land surveying inspection. State land surveying inspection and its sub-divisions shall be guided in their activity by the Russian Legislation, Presidential decrees and Orders, Ministerial Decrees and Orders and by this Regulation.

This Act makes provision for the registration and licensing of land surveyors and the carrying out of land surveys.

The Decree provides the allotment of state-owned land destined to planting of perennial trees, seasonal crops and forestation, plus the water surface required for aquaculture farming to individuals, households and organizations which shall invest in the resulting production. Planning and financial evaluation of production costs shall be prepared and funds destined to support all agricultural, forestry and aquaculture activities and operations.

The purpose of this Act is to manage national land efficiently and to contribute to the protection of property rights of people by correcting descriptions registered in official cadastral records, but inconsistent with the actual conditions of land and by converting such cadastral records embodied in paper into digital cadastral records.
