This Regional Law establishes cases of allotment of plots of public or municipal land to citizens in ownership free of charge. The aforesaid land parcels shall be allotted to citizens for the following purposes: (a) individual housing construction and subsistence farming; and (b) commercial farming, horticulture, gardening and stockbreeding. Land parcels shall be allotted in accordance with land surveying documentation and once only.
This Act prohibits the carrying out of survey work (as defined) unless the person responsible for carrying out the work has given to the Director of Federal Surveys at least three months in advance, or such shorter period as the Director may allow, notice of the work to be carried out. The Act specifies duties of the Director and the person carrying out the work in relation with preparation of the survey.
Le présent décret modifie les dispositions des articles 122-4, 122-11 et 122-12 du code de l'environnement (partie réglementaire), relatifs à l'évaluation de l'impact sur l'environnement, aussi dans un contexte transfrontière, ainsi qu'à la participation du public lors de l'élaboration de certains plans et programmes relatifs à l'environnement. Il modifie aussi le chapitre IV du titre II du livre Ier du code de l'environnement (partie réglementaire) relatif au droit d'accès à l'information relative à l'environnement.
This Act provides for town and country planning and other planning in relation with development in Trinidad and Tobago. The Act defines duties of the Minister and establishes an Advisory Town Planning Panel. Development plans shall be prepared by the Minister after a general survey. The Act further provides, among other things for: (a) the granting of development permissions; (b) compensation for consequences of planning decisions; (c) planning control and enforcement; and (d) acquisition and disposal of land for planning purposes.
La présente loi a pour but de permettre l'application de la législation fédérale en matière de mensuration officielle et d'information géographique. L’article 3 établit que le Conseil d’Etat est responsable de l’exécution de la mensuration officielle e liste les tâches dont il est chargé. Le texte comprend 47 articles répartis en 5 sections comme suit: Dispositions générales (1er); Organisation (2); Premier relevé et renouvellement (3); Rectification (4); Diffusion de données et de plans (5).
This Decree establishes the modalities of making amendments to the boundaries of plots of land, tracing new boundaries and insertion of updated data into land cadastre information system. Annex 1 contains the form of notification on change of the boundaries of land plots.
Ce décret charge le Ministère de l'économie et des finances de procéder au relevé systématique de toutes les terres cultivables disponibles du domaine privé de l'Etat et d'en faire dresser le cadastre afin de les lotir et de les distribuer aux familles paysannes nécessiteuses qui en produiront la demande. Cette distribution sera assortie de l'obligation pour ces familles de mettre personnellemnt en culture, dans l'année même, au moins 2/3 des terres dont elles sont bénéficiaires. Les bénéficiaires sont considérés comme des usufruitiers de l'Etat pour une période de neuf ans renouvelable.
This Regional Law validates the list of grounds for refusal of validation of land use planning schemes: (a) use of different systems of coordinate than the regional ones used for state cadastre of immovable property; (b) imprecise and inaccurate coordinates related to the location of land plots; (c) used of wrong mapping methods; (d) absence in the state information systems of data and information permitting to verify submitted coordinates; and (e) absence in the state cadastre of data and information on coordinates of land plot.
This Act concerns the registration and practice of land surveyors. It consists of 34 sections and 3 Schedules.
This Regional Law regulates management of the objects of cultural heritage pertaining to the regional and municipal property. The scope of this Regional Law shall be conservation, protection and promotion of the objects of cultural heritage. It shall be applicable also to classification of the objects of cultural heritage, registration thereof, mapping of the boundaries of areas containing objects of cultural heritage.
