Law “On protection, export and import of the objects of cultural heritage”.

This Law regulates relations in the sphere of identification, conservation, management, promotion, public protection, import and export of the objects of cultural heritage thus ensuring the right of Turkmen people to conservation and development of its national identity. Objects of historical and cultural heritage shall be considered those created fifty and more years ago. The Cabinet of Ministers shall set forth rules and regulations concerning ownership, management and disposal of the object of historical and cultural heritage.

Regional Law No. 36-GD “On apiculture”.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be to set forth the conditions for the breeding, keeping and protection of bees, and also for protecting legal rights and interests of natural and legal persons carrying out apiculture. State support to apiculture shall be granted in accordance with regional programmes related to state support of agricultural activity.

La presente Ley autoriza al Instituto de Desarrollo Rural (INDER) para que condone parcial o totalmente las deudas pendientes de pago por concepto del principal e intereses corrientes, moratorias y póliza, por la asignación, a título oneroso, de predios otorgados antes del 31 de diciembre de 2005 por el Instituto de Tierras y Colonización (ITCO) o el Instituto de Desarrollo Agrario (IDA), a personas físicas o jurídicas, aunque los títulos de propiedad e inscripción se hubieran registrado con posterioridad a esa fecha.

The Decree sets out the general conditions for the transfer of ownership of government lands to the Omani citizens under their personal request. It also sets forth rules with respect to land ownership and land use rights. The conditions for granting residential lands, commercial and industrial lands or agricultural lands are stated in the Decree.The authorities of reference are the Ministry of Land Affairs and the municipalities.

This Act requires the amounts specified in Schedule 1 to payable as stamp duties in respect of the matters stated respectively in relation to them. An instrument relating to the creation or transfer of an estate or interest in land, submitted to the Commissioner for assessment of the chargeable stamp duty, shall be accompanied with a statement in the form set out in the Schedule 2. (2) The statement shall be signed by the grantee, transferee or by a person authorised in writing to do so by the grantee or transferee.
