L’objectif général de la Politique Foncière Agricole (PFA) du Mali est d’assurer l’accès équitable de tous les producteurs maliens (hommes et femmes) et des autres utilisateurs aux terres agricoles aménagées bien gérées et sécurisées dans un environnement de bonne gouvernance foncière afin de favoriser des investissements publics, communautaires, individuels et privés maîtrisés susceptibles de rendre les différentes formes d’exploitation plus performantes et viables dans une perspective de souveraineté alimentaire durable.La PFA oeuvre à des systèmes agricoles inclusifs et efficaces.

The purpose of this Act, consisting of 172 sections, divided into four Parts and completed by three Schedules, is: to record the acknowledgements and apology given by the Crown to Taranaki Iwi in the deed of settlement; and to give effect to certain provisions of the deed of settlement that settles the historical claims of Taranaki Iwi.

This Law regulates relations in the sphere of identification, conservation, management, promotion, public protection, import and export of the objects of cultural heritage thus ensuring the right of Turkmen people to conservation and development of its national identity. Objects of historical and cultural heritage shall be considered those created fifty and more years ago. The Cabinet of Ministers shall set forth rules and regulations concerning ownership, management and disposal of the object of historical and cultural heritage.

The present Ordinance implements the Land Transaction Act of 9 December 1992. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. The present Act introduces some amendments to the Land Transaction Ordinance of 3 July 2007. In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 9a on Foundations, institutions without members and foundation-like Trust company with personality; article 13 on Annexes; article 15 on Forwarding to tax administration; article 16 on Surveyance and information and filing obligations; article 20 on Fees.

Amends: Land Transaction Ordinance. (2013)

This Act requires the amounts specified in Schedule 1 to payable as stamp duties in respect of the matters stated respectively in relation to them. An instrument relating to the creation or transfer of an estate or interest in land, submitted to the Commissioner for assessment of the chargeable stamp duty, shall be accompanied with a statement in the form set out in the Schedule 2. (2) The statement shall be signed by the grantee, transferee or by a person authorised in writing to do so by the grantee or transferee.
