Ce décret porte réorganisation du Ministère de l'aménagement, du territoire et de l'environnement, ayant pour mission la définition et l'application de la politique du gouvernement en ces matières, spécialment celles pour l'aménagement du territoire, la protection et la conservation des ressources naturelles, la lutte anti-érosive et la lutte contre la pollution.

This Decree regulates Land Act No. 19/97 establishing right of use and conditions for exploiting public lands. It consists of 7 Chapters and 1 technical annex specifying different land uses, listing obligations and rights of foreign or national entities, fees to be paid in order to obtain a licence for land exploitation, etc.

These Regulations of the Council of Ministers provide rules relative to large-scale and small-scale mining operations.

Ce décret réglemente les modalités de la mise en oeuvre de la Sécurisation Foncière Relative (SFR), procédure consistant en la délimitation d'un ensemble du terroir d'une communauté locale de base bénéficiaire de la gestion de ressources naturelles renouvelables ainsi qu'au constat des occupations comprises dans le terroir.

Ce décret porte extension et adaptation à la collectivité territoriale de Mayotte de la partie réglementaire du livre II (nouveau) du Code rural intitulé Protection de la nature.

The standards for effluent or waste water before it is discharged into water or on land shall be as prescribed in the Schedule to these Regulations. Every industry or establishment shall install anti-pollution equipment for the treatment of effluent.

This Notice of the Minister sets out non-cadastral survey and mapping fees payable by all map users within Zambia including government institutions.

These Regulations, made under sections 53(2) and 107 of the National Environment Act, apply: (a) to all categories of hazardous and non-hazardous waste; (b) to the storage and disposal of hazardous waste and their movement into and out of Uganda; and (c) to all waste disposal facilities, land fills, sanitary fills and incinerators.

There is established a Drilling and Dam Construction Agency as an Executive Agency. Its functions, aims, objectives, powers, responsibility, performance standards and other mattress are outlined in the Schedule attached to these Regulations. The aim of the Agency is to develop sustainable and safe water sources through efficient means and at cost effective prices.

The Regulation is made under the Land Proclamation No. 58/1994. It sets out the procedure for the allocation and administration of land and applies to all types of urban and rural land. Land shall be allocated for tiesa, agricultural usufruct or leasehold, on the basis of a master plan. To ensure these rights, right holders shall be given an allocation certificate or lease agreement.

This Proclamation makes provision for the registration of land and other immovable property. It provides for the establishment of a Cadastral Office, for the registration of all land, rights over land and duties that emanate from such rights, and the transfer of property through sales, donation, succession or other manner.

The property described in the Schedule hereto shall not be rateable property for the purposes of the Rating Act. Such property includes agricultural land and buildings on such land, used primarily for the purposes of agriculture excluding residential and recreational buildings and lands and buildings situated in Trust Land or in the Reserves.
