Le présent arrêté du gouvernement de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale fixe la liste des activités a risques. L’article 1er établit que la liste des activités à risque au sens de l'article 3, 3°, de l'ordonnance du 5 mars 2009 relative à la gestion et à l'assainissement des sols pollués est fixée conformément à l'annexe au présent arrêté. L’article 2 spécifie que les installations classées temporaires au sens de l'ordonnance du 5 juin 1997 relative aux permis d'environnement qui ont fait l'objet de l'octroi d'un permis d'environnement ne sont pas considérées comme des activités à risque.

The Country Investment Plan (Plan) is a roadmap towards investment in agriculture, food security and nutrition in Bangladesh. It is a five-year comprehensive plan with national coverage that aims to ensure sustainable food security which entered into force in 2011. The Plan provides a coherent set of 12 priority investment programmes to improve food security and nutrition in an integrated way divided into three components: 1) food availability, 2) food access, and 3) food utilization.

These Regulations provide, for purposes of implementation of the give effect to Irelands Second Nitrates Action Programme, rules relative to good agricultural practice to protect waters against pollution from agricultural sources and prescribe measures for these purposes, including: periods when land application of fertilizers is prohibited; limits on the land application of fertilizers; storage requirements for livestock manure; and monitoring of the effectiveness of the measures in terms of agricultural practice and impact on water quality.

These Regulations further implement in Scotland the requirements of Council Directive 91/676/EEC concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources by designating the revised vulnerable zones in accordance with Article 3(4) of the Directive. The Regulations also make consequential amendments to other Regulations.

In addition to minor and drafting amendments, these Regulations amend the principal Regulations by enabling rights to be enjoyed in virtue of Council Regulation (EC) 1460/95 which gives to option of land being counted as being set aside for the purposes of the set-aside requirements of article 7(1) of Council Regulation (EC) 1765/92. These Regulations amend the 1994 Regulations so as to add a further option, the "set-aside option" to the "premium arable scheme" established by those Regulations. (8 Regulations)

This Ministerial Decree regulates the establishment of water protection and sanitary protection zones and the modalities of economic activity therein for the purpose of prevention of freshwater pollution, littering and exhaustion of water resources. Water protection areas and coastal belts shall be created around water reservoirs and other waterbodies, and also around rivers, main channels and manifolds while sanitary protection areas shall be created around the sources of potable water supply, sources of mineral and medicinal water.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Binh Dinh province.The main objectives of the plan include: development of agriculture, forestry and fishery toward commodity and export production; increase in productivity and quality of agricultural products; sustainable protection and development of the environment and of natural resources; control of environmental pollution; development of water supply, drainage and irrigation systems; and land use and urban planning.

These Regulations designate additional nitrate vulnerable zones and make other provision for the purpose of implementing in England Council Directive 91/676/EEC concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources. Regulation 3 designates the additional nitrate vulnerable zones. Regulation 4 provides a procedure for reviewing designations. Regulation 5 provides for appeals to be made from proposed decisions on a review. Regulation 6 makes provision for withdrawing an appeal. Regulation 7 deals with the costs of the parties to an appeal.
