L’IPAR est un espace de réflexion, de dialogue et de proposition pour des politiques agricoles et rurales concertées au Sénégal et dans la région ouest-africaine. L’initiative a été suscitée par des spécialistes de l’agriculture et du monde rural qui appuyaient déjà les organisations paysannes et qui étaient intéressés par la création d’espaces permanents de réflexion prospective et stratégique.

The Finnish Environment Institute (SYKE) (Finnish: Suomen ympäristökeskus, Swedish: Finlands miljöcentral) is a research institute and government agency under the Ministry of the Environment, located in Helsinki, Finland. It is both a research institute, and a centre for environmental expertise. SYKE's research focuses on changes in the environment, and seeks ways to control these changes.

The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) is a political foundation. In Germany, 16 regional offices offer a wide variety of civic education conferences and events. Our offices abroad are in charge of over 200 projects in more than 120 countries. The foundation’s headquarters are situated in Sankt Augustin near Bonn, and also in Berlin. There, an additional conference center, named “The Academy”, was opened in 1998.

CETRAD is a Bilateral Institution between the Government of Kenya (through The Ministry of Water and Irrigation) and the Government of Swiss Confederation, through the Centre for Development and Environment of the University of Berne. CETRAD was established in July 2002 as a follow up of the then Laikipia Research Programme (1976 - 1997), and therefore builds on the long term preinvestment research facility.

The German Institute for Human Rights (Deutsches Institut für Menschenrechte) is Germany’s independent National Human Rights Institution (Section 1 of the Act on the Legal Status and Mandate of the German Institute for Human Rights, DIMR-Gesetz). It strives to ensure that Germany respects and promotes human rights domestically and in its international relations.

The Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is the principal in-house research agency of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). ARS is one of four agencies in USDA's Research, Education and Economics mission area. ARS is charged with extending the nation's scientific knowledge and solving agricultural problems through its four national program areas: nutrition, food safety and quality; animal production and protection; natural resources and sustainable agricultural systems; and crop production and protection.

The Flemish Interuniversity Council (Vlaamse Interuniversitaire Raad/VLIR) is a public utility foundation that was established in the 1970s. Within the VLIR, universities discuss matters that concern them all. They jointly formulate policy advice to the ministers responsible for education and research, and improve their internal effect through cooperation. Consultation themes include education policy, research policy, university management in the areas of finance and personnel, social services for students, diversity and equal opportunities.

Manusher Jonno Foundation (MJF) is one of the largest national grant making organisations in Bangladesh disbursing funds and capacity building support for human rights and governance work within the country. With massive experiences of handling partnership with more than two hundred PNGOs for the last 17 years, MJF has been striving to build capacities of poor and marginalised people in Bangladesh to demand basic services and raise voice against rights violation. MJF also works with public institutions to ensure their responsiveness towards marginalised people.

In December 2018, MCC’s Board of Directors selected Burkina Faso as eligible for concurrent compacts in order to determine if there are compacts that meet MCC’s strict investment criteria, and the country’s ability to work with MCC and a partner country.

The program sought to reduce corruption by bolstering several key anti-corruption institutions, and boost immunization rates through a decentralized and sustainable immunization management system.
