The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 June 2001 on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment. In particular, the present Law completes the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 22 December 2008 (BGBl. I p. 2986). Lower Saxony Soil Protection Law.

According to the present Law expropriation is authorized, inter alia, only for the purpose of carrying out projects aiming at the creating or modifying facilities or institute for the well-being of the community; to carry out projects for which other Laws expressly authorize expropriation.

This Proclamation lays down the regulatory framework for mining operations in Ethiopia. It defines the principles of sound development of the mining sector and defines the criteria for eligibility for mining rights, i.e. a prospecting licence, an exploration licence, an artisanal mining licence, a small-scale mining licence and a large-scale mining licence. A mining licence shall give the right to abstract, in limited quantities, mineral and geothermal water.Furthermore, the Proclamation defines the rights and duties of licence holders and provides for financial matters and administration.

La presente Ley rige la conservación del manejo del recurso natural suelo y recuperación de las tierras degradadas por la acción antrópica en la Provincia de Corrientes. Se incluyen dentro del concepto de degradación los efectos de los agentes que ocasionan la pérdida del suelo, como el agua y el viento o la alteración de sus características originales por aquellas que provoquen acciones mecánicas, físicas, químicas o biológicas como consecuencia de la intervención humana. Además, la Ley regula la creación y funcionamiento de los consorcios de conservación del suelo.

This Law regulates the exploration for and development and production of petroleum in Ghana and defines duties and rights of persons involved in such exploration, development or production. No person, except the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation shall engage in the exploration or production of petroleum except in accordance with the terms of a petroleum agreement or any other authority granted or recognized under this Law.
