La presente Ley de planificación urbana tiene como finalidad la expansión ordenada de los centros urbanos, el equilibrio satisfactorio entre el desenvolvimiento urbano y el rural y el desarrollo eficiente de las áreas urbanas, a través del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo Urbano.

The purpose of this Law is to promote the organization of urban and rural areas throughout the Kingdom of Cambodia.The Law provides for the establishment of a National Committee for Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction for the Capital City of Phnom Penh and for Sub-Committees for the provinces and municipalities.

This Act, consisting of 180 sections divided into 20 Parts and completed by one Schedule, provides for the registration of titles to land. It defines the powers of the Registrar-General after the registration of a units plan and the procedures on applications and registrations. It also provides for the registration of transfers and leases.

An interest in land, which may be acquired under this Act by agreement or by compulsory process, can be a legal or equitable estate or interest in land or any other right (including a right under an option and a right of redemption), charge, power or privilege over, or in connection with, land or an interest in land. Those interests include an interest of the Territory, a State or another Territory in land; an interest that did not previously exist in relation to particular land; and a restriction on the use of the land, whether or not annexed to particular land.

This Act makes provision for the planning of the Australian Capital Territory and the management of land in the Territory.

This Act, consisting of 221 sections divided into 17 Parts and completed by four Schedules, makes provisions with respect to land tenure rights, conveyance of lands, easements, transfer of land, leases, mortgages, and various other matters relative to the registration of titles, use of land rights, transfer of land, etc.

The purpose of this Law is to promote coordinated urban and rural planning to balance the country’s development and to protect natural resources as well as cultural heritages, and maintaining local features and traditions.The Law provides detailed requirements and approval procedures with respect to the formulation and amendment of urban and rural planning.

This Act recognizes the power of the Provincial Government to temporarily regulate, restrict or prohibit certain activities in any area subject to erosion and take up reforestation and soil conservation programmes.The Provincial Government may also require owners or occupiers of land subject to erosion to execute works or take measures as specified in the Act and which shall include: the levelling, terracing, drainage and embanking of fields; the construction of earth-works in fields and ravines; the provision of drains for storm water; and the protection of land against the action of wind

The purpose of the present Law is to implement and complete the Federal Soil Protection Act of 17 March 1998 (BGBl. I p. 502). The text consists of 17 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Soil protection areas (II); Information on soil, census and monitoring (III); Provisions on compensation payments, costs, competent authorities, penalties (IV).

This Act contains rules relative to real property and especially the lease and disposal of land.It prescribes rules relative to the manner of giving effect to equitable interests and powers, creation and disposition of equitable interests, vesting orders and dispositions of legal estates operating as conveyances by an estate owner, leasehold, rights on real property in case of infancy, lunacy or death, common ownership, registration of rights, etc.

The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 June 2001 on the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment. In particular, the present Law completes the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 22 December 2008 (BGBl. I p. 2986). The text consists of 19 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Town and country planning (2); Safeguard and implementation of land use planning (3); Organization (4); Transitional and final provisions (5).

The purpose of the present Law is to implement and complete the Federal Soil Protection Act of 17 March 1998 (BGBl. I p. 502). Article 1 establishes that the originator of a harmful change to the soil shall report this without delay to the competent authority.
