This Act provides the legislative basis for the reform of the Northern Ireland planning system. The reforms concern every aspect of planning, including how development plans are drawn up, how development proposals and applications are managed and the way in which these functions are delivered. The development plan and development management systems are modified so as to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Other significant changes are made in respect of planning appeals and enforcement.

La presente Ley de Ordenación del Territorio del País Vasco, tiene por objeto la definición y regulación de los instrumentos de ordenación territorial del País Vasco, así como el establecimiento de los criterios y procedimientos necesarios para asegurar la coordinación de las acciones con incidencia territorial que corresponda desarrollar a las diferentes Administraciones Públicas en ejercicio de sus respectivas competencias.

This Act, consisting of 173 sections divided into 13 Parts and completed by three Schedules, provides for the registration of title to land, easements and possessory titles. The Recorder of Titles, appointed by the Governor, is the statutory officer responsible for providing the community with certainty of title to land by the development and administration of legislation governing land dealings in Tasmania. The Act sets out procedures for bringing land under this Act.

This Act makes provision for a wide variety of matters regarding public and private land and community land (as defined respectively by Articles 62, 63, 64 and 260 of the Constitution), and in particular provides of the sustainable administration and management of land and land-based resources. It also provides for (compulsory) acquisition of land.

This Act provides for the administration of land in Western Australia.The Act provides that the body corporate known as the Minister for Lands under the repealed Land Act will continue.

Within the framework of the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 18 August 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2081, 2102), the present Law regulates land use planning in Sachsen-Anhalt. Article 1 establishes that the whole land of Saxony shall be subject to a sustainable land use planning policy. This Decree-Law, consisting of 7 Chapters, approves the National Regulation for Land and Urban Planning (RNOTPU). it specifies the basic legislation for territorial planning and its management, as established by Legislative Decree No. 1/2006. In particular, the aim of the Law is to develop and secure the whole territory of Bavaria with a view to town and country planning thus creating and conserving healthy living and working conditions. La présente loi porte code de l’urbanisme et de la construction au Rwanda. L’urbanisme a pour objet l’aménagement progressif et planifié des agglomérations dans le cadre d’une politique de développement économique et social et d’aménagement du territoire et de protection de l’environnement. L’organisation de la construction vise à promouvoir l’harmonisation des règles professionnelles pratiques en matière de construction.

La présente loi régit la planification de l’utilisation et d’aménagement des terres au Rwanda.

The purpose of this Act is to protect national coasts to avoid flooding and degradation of land from the sea, fiords and other territorial sea areas. Coastal protection methods take into consideration the following: economic consideration, coastal protection measures of technical and environmental quality, coastal landscape conservation and restoration, recreational use of the coast, ensure the maintenance of existing access to the coast, and other issues of significant importance for coastal protection.
