La présente ordonnance est relative à la taxe pour l’assainissement des sites contaminés. En particulier, l’ordonnance régit: a) la perception d’une taxe sur le stockage définitif de déchets en Suisse et sur l’exportation de déchets destinés au stockage définitif à l’étranger; b) l’affectation du produit de la taxe au paiement d’indemnités pour: 1) l’investigation, la surveillance et l’assainissement de sites pollués, 2) l’investigation de sites qui se révèlent non pollués.

The Jamaica National Environmental Action Plan (JANEAP) is a national Plan with a multi-sectoral approach. The duration of the Plan is 3 years between 1999 and 2002. The main objective of the Plan is to ensure good environmental planning and management to contribute to the sustainable development.Regarding the biological resources, forestry, watershed management, protected areas and oceans the Plan provides for different actions to be taken. A Fisheries Management Plan and an Ocean and Coastal Zone Policy will be prepared and implemented.

These Regulations provide a consolidated system of environmental permitting in England and Wales. They transpose provisions of 15 Directives which impose obligations required to be delivered through permits or capable of being delivered through permits. They define the term “regulated facility” and require every regulated facility to be operated under the authority of an environmental permit.

These Regulation amend for Wales, Part 2 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 so as to insert a new section (33ZA) on fixed penalty notices for contravention of section 33(1)(a) of the Act. The new section enable an authorised officer of a Welsh waste collection authority to issue a fixed penalty notice for contravention of that section in the area of the authority. Section 33(1)(a), subject to certain exemptions, prohibits the deposit of controlled waste or extractive waste in or on any land other than in accordance with an environmental permit.

This Act makes provision with respect to a wide variety of matters regarding the environment in Wales including: the sustainable management of natural resources (includes animals, plants and other organisms, air, water and soil) climate change and targets for reducing emissions of greenhouse gases from Wales; collection and disposal of waste; shellfish fisheries; marine licensing; land drainage.

The purpose of this Act is to contribute to environmental conservation and to improvement in the quality of nationals’ livelihood by facilitating installation of waste disposal facilities and promotion of residents’ welfare of the adjacent areas through promoting the securing of sites for waste disposal facilities and support for the residents of adjacent areas.

The Physical Development Plan for North Montserrat is a regional policy with a multi-sectoral approach. The timeframe of the Plan is 10 years between 2012 and 2022.

La presente Ley define, entre otros, los conceptos de biodiversidad, conservación del patrimonio ambiental, contaminación, impacto ambiental, desarrollo sustentable, zona latente y zona saturada. La Ley establece que determinados proyectos o actividades solo podrán ejecutarse o modificarse previa su evaluación del impacto ambiental (EIA), correspondiendo a la Comisión Regional o Nacional del Medio Ambiente la administración del sistema de EIA, así como la coordinación de los organismos del Estado involucrados en la obtención de los permisos o pronunciamientos.

La présente loi comprend deux articles. L’art. 1 comporte la Première partie du Code de l’environnement, à savoir les dispositions législatives. L’art. 2 abroge deux lois (Loi n° 834 du 28/12/1967 relative aux bruits troublant la tranquillité publique, Loi n° 954 du 19/04/1964 concernant la lutte contre la pollution de l’air et de l’eau), et maintient l’applicabilité en tant que besoin de leurs textes d’application non contraires au Code (jusqu’à la promulgation des textes d’application du Code).
