The Act regulates marriage in Estonia. Notably, it states that prospective spouses may, by agreement, select a proprietary relationship from among the types of proprietary relations set out in the Act before the contraction of marriage by an application for marriage. The types of proprietary relations include jointness of property; set-off of assets increment; or separateness of property. Spouses may also enter into a marital property contract. In certain situations, the land registry is used for determining the property rights of spouses upon separation.

The Act lays down main principles for registered partnerships in Estonia. According to the Act, a registered partnership contract may be entered into between two natural persons of whom at least one has residence in Estonia. Notably, the Act provides that, upon entry into a registered partnership contract, the registered partners shall, by agreement, select a proprietary relationship from among the types of proprietary relations provided in Division 2 of Chapter 4 of Part 1 of the Family Law Act pursuant to the procedure prescribed in the Vital Statistics Registration Act.

La presente Resolución establece el Procedimiento de parcelaciones de tierras nacionales para la adjudicación con fines agrarios o en función de esta actividad. The purpose of the present Law is to lay down rules aimed at the establishment of the infrastructure for spatial information in Styria with a view to environmental policies and activities which may have an impact on the environment. The present Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law.

This Order establishes that Chief Regional Department of State Service for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre shall be territorial body operating in contact with the head of local self-government in the process of fulfilling its duties and tasks.

The provisions of this Act shall apply only to land, interests in land, or dealings in land, registered under this Act. This Act sets forth organization, administration, duties, authorities and responsibilities of the Land Registry and registrars. A Registrar of Lands shall be appointed by the Public Service Commission to manage the Land Registry in accordance with this Act. The Land Registry includes a register in respect of every parcel which has been adjudicated in accordance with the Land Adjudication Act and a register in respect of each lease required by this Act to be registered.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land survey and land cadastre. Article 1 establishes that the Land is responsible for land survey and land cadastre.
